Hydrodynamic Screws
RONCUZZI® PAE-type Hydrodynamic Screws are designed for the production of electric energy. The machine works thanks to the difference of energy potential between two different points in a water flow. The water, thanks to the difference between two levels of natural flow, is used by a rotor (that generates energy) and then flows again into its channel. The limit of this equipment is reached with geodetic heights of more than 10 metres and flow rates higher than 5,500 l/s.
Rotary Feeders (Rotary Valves)
RV Drop-Through Rotary Valves with square inlet and RVR with a circular inlet consist of a tubular cast iron or stainless steel casing, a horizontally mounted rotor with a certain number of V-shaped cross section compartments, a drive unit and a casing cover opposite the drive end.
Screw Conveyors & Feeders
The increase in cost of powders and handling of the same has resulted in more research into contamination-free feeding at highly accurate feed rates. Our long established position in feeding and micro-feeding and our technical know-how and facilities allow us to satisfy a great variety of customer requirements. We take pride in having produced a competitively priced Micro-Batch Feeder of unsurpassable performance, with the additional benefit of being highly efficient and easy to clean.
Waste Water Screw Pumps
in 1978 SPECO® started manufacturing PA-type Archimedean Water Screw Pumps. By the mid 1980s the Company had gained a leading position among European manufacturers due to the acquired know-how and expertise in production technology. Only logistic problems could stop SPECO® topping their triple pitch 3.5 metre diameter, 23 metre long, and more than 30 ton weighing monster powered by a 500 kW drive supplied in 1993 to a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Rome. The 1990s brought major changes to the wastewater industry. The dramatically decreasing demand for large Archimedean Water Screw Pumps in the industrialised countries made SPECO® now focus on similar technologies, such as screening and compacting. However, in recent years the demand for Water Screw Pumps, which are now supplied by WAMGROUP associates RONCUZZI®, has increased again
Wanner Technik GmbH
The Baby - Series
The B06.08 granulator is designed for the granulation of small sprues. Typical applications are the granulation of CD sprues and small sprues from microinjection moulding. The granulator type B06.08CD is specially designed for the granulation of CD sprues, while the modell B06.08S is designed for general microinjection moulding applications . The cutting chamber of the B Series granulators including rotor and screen are made of stainless steel, to fulfill also high purity standards for regrind. In addition, the cutting chamber is hermetically sealed to prevent the regrind from being contaminated by incoming air or dust when extracted by suction. It is therefore possible to use this granulator under clean room conditions, as is typical in CD production. Both models granulate sprues at low speed. This ensures a virtually dust-free regrind as well as maintaining a very low noise level. The optimized geometry of the V-formation scissors cut and the cascading, multi-level rotor is providing a very effective granulation process and therefore the power required by the geared motor is reduced without compromising granulator efficiency. The Baby Series offers the optimal solution for the granulation of small sprues for microinjection moulding and CD production.
The Compact-Series
The new C's Series is improved with regard to the following points: Noise level is reduced by up to 4 dB(A) when granulating hard and brittling materials. Advanced simplicity of use and ease of cleaning.
The Cutter
Cutter systems - designed to chop massive edge trim into smaller pieces - are built to your special application and requirements. We are able to provide cutter systems including conveyor and granulator, which will process massive edge trim into regrind according to your needs and specifications.
The Dynamic-Series
The D Series is based on three model sizes: D 25.25 with a cutting chamber opening of 250 x 255 mm² D 25.38 with a cutting chamber opening of 250 x 385 mm² D 25.50 with a cutting chamber opening of 250 x 505 mm² The granulator with standard hopper can be equipped with an additional chute, which can serve as robot in-feed slide or tray for manual hand feed to suit the various feeding options. The optional sound proof enclosure and a wide range of alternative motors, stands and controls allow the granulator to be tailored to your specific requirements. The new rotor design with scissor cutting action guarantees a high quality regrind with an extremely low percentage of fines. The sound absorbing feed hopper and the solid cutting chamber made of vibration reducing die casted parts minimises the low noise level, even when granulating heavy parts. The unit is extremely easy to open and to clean, saving time and money. Even with the optional sound enclosure fitted, access to the cutting chamber can be gained easily via a large door. Based on proven designs, the D Series offers improved productivity and excellent value for money.
The Energy-Series
The new E-Series (Energy-Series) granulators are very suitable as powerful central granulators for the processing of sprues and failparts up to a throughput of 800 kg/hr (depending on the products, its material, geometry and screen size). Whether bulky or thin-walled parts, sprues/runners or extruded profiles, the E Series can effectively process them all. The resulting high quality, uniform granulate can be reused directly in subsequent production processes. By standard, these granulators come with integrated sound enclosure and a special framework design to reduce structure born noise, thus qualifying these machines also for in-line applications in the production of large blow or injection moulded parts. The extensive actions taken to reduce noise and impact sound are lowering the stress on the operator. The large doors on the front of the enclosure provide easy access to all main components, such as the cutting chamber, blower, etc., without the use of tools. The knives can be pre-adjusted outside the cutting chamber by means of a gauge to ensure precise tolerances once the knives are re-installed. As with all Wanner granulators, the new E Series benefits from many outstanding features and proves to be good value for money. You will find the granulator's high performance, robust design and ease of use second to none.
The Xtra Series
The special granulator for demanding users The screenless type of crusher granulators of the Xtra Series are ideal for brittle plastic materials. With large primary crushers, plastic sprues and parts are pre-crushed before being broken down to a final size via the toothed rollers (available with 4 and 5 mm teeth) without screening. There are benefits compared with blade granulators with screen, in terms of regrind quality and use, particular with brittle materials. As a result, the noise level is lower when granulating massive sprues and the regrind has fewer fine parts when processing brittle plastics. The Xtra-Series machines are also very compact and easy to clean. The hardened cutting tools made from high quality steel alloys guarantee a long service life even when processing abrasive plastics. The screenless crusher granulators are available in different configurations and are easy to adapt to specific user requirements.

Waterix AIRIT aerators
Waterix Oy's AIRIT aerators combine the high operating efficiency and controllability of bottom aerators with the reliability and low acquisition cost of the surface aerator. Waterix AIRIT aerators are indeed designed to minimize lifecycle expenses, such as acquisition price, maintenance and energy consumption. Waterix has launched seven aerators on the market; AIRIT Micro, AIRIT 70, AIRIT 200, AIRIT 350, AIRIT 700, AIRIT 1700, AIRIT 70G and CORONA BOREALIS. The figure used for the device depicts how many kilograms of oxygen the device aerates in a twenty-four hour period. For instance, the AIRIT 200 aerator produces 8.3 kilograms of oxygen an hour. Waterix's innovative AIRIT aerator is so efficient at mixing wastewater that the basin rarely needs to employ other mixing methods. This solution reduces acquisition and operational costs. These aerators are perfect for purifying municipal and industrial sewage, as well as seepage from dumping grounds. Other applications ideal for Waterix AIRIT aerators are, for instance, oxidation of natural bodies of water and golf course ponds
Waterix COOLIT coolers
Waterix COOLIT coolers are ideal for cooling hot process water and as a condenser for cooling basin water, and they may typically replace more costly cooling tower solutions. A couple of applications that deserve a mention are the cooling of industrial process water and forest industry wastewater. The operating efficiency of the coolers is high. Waterix can help on choosing the correct frequency parameters for Waterix MIXIT mixers so that optimal circulation can be achieved. Chemicals can be mixed efficiently with the pipe.
WATERLEAU
AIR TREATMENT
Air is omnipresent and intangible. Still we notice quickly when the air we breathe is polluted. Air and gas can be polluted by various substances and choosing the appropriate technology is project specific. These air pollutants need to be removed before discharge into the atmosphere is possible or allowed. Waterleau offers a wide range of solutions for air and gas treatment problems, based on knowhow acquired from Monsanto. The centre of competence for air treatment is Waterleau France, a specialist team of experienced people which used to operate under the name Socrematic.
DYNAFLUIDÂŽ multifluid thermal oxidizer
DYNAFLUIDÂŽ is a thermal oxidizer for liquid or gaseous wastes or mixtures of both. Thermal oxidation means that the products are reacting with oxygen (usually from the outside air) at high temperature. It is important to create the necessary conditions of good combustion in order to avoid the formation of byproducts of incomplete oxidation, which are often toxic (CO, H2, ...).
NEW ENERGY
We all know that energy - just like clean water and clean air - is a limited natural resource and that we are consuming it at a too high rate. Still, the world energy consumption keeps increasing. Fossil fuels today still are the most important energy source. The excessive consumption of fossil fuels is one of the most important causes of the greenhouse effect which threatens to create dramatic climate changes worldwide. Renewable energy is part of the answer. Waterleau is developing installations that produce energy from biomass, one of the most important renewable energy sources. In addition, many waste streams also contain important quantities of biomass, which means that thermal waste treatment can help solve the energy problem.
PuttArtÂŽ vertical Dryer-Granulator
The PUTTARTÂŽ vertical dryer-granulator is a high-capaÂcity installation for simultaneous sludge drying and Âgranulating.
SLUDGE TREATMENT
Sludge is an end-product of wastewater treatment. This sludge needs further treatment before it can be used as a product or be disposed off. A wide variety of processes are available to reduce sludge volume and alter sludge properties prior to disposal or use of the treated product. One can distinguish volume reduction processes, stabilisation processes, and thermal destruction processes. Waterleau has developed and engineered technology in each of these three fields.
WASTE TREATMENT
Human activity, at home as well as in the industry not only pollutes air, water and soil but also creates increasing amounts of waste. Nevertheless, in spite of all efforts (recycling, reuse, ...) there will always be waste products of industrial activities and households. This residual waste will have to be treated as much as possible in a clean, safe and environment-friendly way. Waterleau has developed proprietary technology to treat any waste stream thermally. It is of prime importance to select the correct technology for each waste type. Waterleau offers a complete set of thermal treatment systems for all kinds of solid, liquid and gaseous waste streams.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT (Aerobic - Anaerobic)
Water is one of the most common elements on earth. 70 % of the earth's surface is covered with ice or liquid water. Still, of this enormous mass (estimated at 1,3 billion cubic kilometres) only a very small part is available for human consumption. Households, agriculture and industry use large quantities of water that inevitably becomes polluted. In addition, the world's population and economy continue to grow, and hence also the water consumption, the need to clean polluted water, as well as the need to produce more potable water increases. Waterleau develops and supplies technologies to clean polluted water, as well as technologies to purify water to drinking water quality or to make process water for the industry. For every problem of water treatment, Waterleau will find the most appropriate solution, not only from the technical or ecological point of view but also from the economic point of view.
WATER TREATMENT
Estimates suggest that nearly 1,5 billion people lack safe drinking water and that at least 5 million deaths per year can be attributed to waterborne diseases. Waterleau has in-house experience and know-how with many state-of-the-art water purification technologies. Many filtering or other methods have been used over the years, but in recent years innovative systems based on membranes have been developed. Waterleau integrates these membranes in total solution packages for its clients.

Wavin-Labko Oy
Cesspools
The wastewater collected in cesspools is transported to communal wastewater processing plants, and no nutrient load is placed on surrounding natural water systems. Quite often the toilet water is to be collected in a cesspool, because a major part of the nutrients (70-80 %) loading the environment originates from toilet waters. The cesspool is ideal for important ground water areas, and for other areas, where even the processed wastewater cannot be led into the soil. Depending on the application, even a small cesspool can be sufficient. In some cases, however, it is essential to purchase a cesspool with the volume of several cubic metres. Wavin-Labko has a wide range of PE and GRP cesspools in different sizes. All the cesspools of Wavin-Labko are equipped with filling alarms that comply with the requirements. Advantages of Wavin-Labkoâs Cesspools: ⢠Cesspools are low (depending on the size, from lower edge of the inlet sewer to the bottom 1 m-1.57 m). ⢠Labko Cesspools have no restrictions on installation due to ground water level. ⢠The cesspools made of strong PE plastic have the emptying pipe in the middle of the tank. In addition to the ball-shape of the bottom, this allows the complete emptying of the tank. ⢠The maximum installation depth of the Labko Cesspools is one metre from the lower edge of the inlet sewer to the ground surface. ⢠The GRP Cesspool is also available with extra-reinforced wall. This is suitable in locations, where the sewer depth exceeds one metre â even up to the 80 000 litre volume. Complete equipment set is delivered with each cesspool. This includes the LOKASET 20 filling alarm, the probe with 15 m cable, the anchoring belts, and the emptying pipe with the cap. The alarm device contributes to an easy way of controlling the filling of the cesspool. Labko LOKA 10000 Cesspool is delivered either with the emptying pipe (D 200) or with the maintenance shaft (D 600). The maintenance shaft has a plastic cover. Anchoring plates are available as an accessory.
Infiltration systems
An Infiltration System is an underground wastewater processing system with a septic tank as the pre-processing unit. In the septic tank the components heavier and lighter than water are separated from the wastewater. From the septic tank the solid-free wastewater is led into the subsoil infiltration pipes. A biologically active layer forms in the soil, where the microorganisms decompose the main part of the organic matter in the wastewater. The cleaned wastewater infiltrates into the ground. A two-chamber septic tank is sufficient for processing the grey wastewaters, whereas a 3-chamber septic tank is designed to process all wastewaters. Labko SAKO Septic Tanks are designed according to the EN-12566-1 standard. Labko SAKO systems are ready-to-install packages for constructing a subsoil processing system. Labko SAKO-3 Infiltration System includes the septic tank and the infiltration pipes with filtration fabric. In many tanks there is an in-built, patented flow divider, which allows an equal flow into both infiltration pipelines. DeLuxe and Tripla models include a separate distribution well. When the distribution well is used, the subsoil processing system can be located further apart from the Labko SAKO tank, and the aligned position is not the only option to lay the infiltration pipes. This might be needed, e.g. when the soil beneath the building is not suitable for infiltration, or when the building stands on sloped terrain, and the infiltration pipes are aligned with the contours. Labko SAKO System Advantages ⢠Special-perforated infiltration pipes ⢠Covers of the maintenance shafts can be locked ⢠Easily hidden from the eye, since the maintenance shafts can be cut to align with the surrounding ground level (400-1000 mm) ⢠Shallow structure (bottom-inlet 1170 mm), suitable for sites with rock close to the ground surface ⢠The ball-shape of the septic tank bottom and the spacious maintenance shaft allow complete emptying ⢠High maintenance shaft allows sewer installation even in 1 metre depth

Separator Systems
When developing the separator systems of Wavin-Labko, we have used our experience of more than 40 years in manufacturing various separators. The separators are manufactured in Finland, in the plastic factories of Wavin-Labko. All products are tested and reliable, whole systems ready to be installed, including the separator, a maintenance shaft dimensioned according to the installation area, and a cast iron cover and frame set. All oil separators of Wavin-Labko also include the oil filling alarm device as a standard. Reliable and Durable Products The separators of Wavin-Labko are operationally reliable, and special attention has been paid on their easy maintenance. High quality and consideration for the facts of environmental protection ensure that the user can have the best possible result for decades to come. Wavin-Labkoâs separators are made of PE or GRP plastic. Due to the solid and recyclable PE plastic, the separators are light to transport and quick to install. The GRP separators are manufactured using a computer operated winding machine, and their strength is far superior e.g. to those laminated by hand. PE and GRP plastic are materials immune to corrosion, and their chemical resistance is overwhelming e.g. compared to the concrete separators. Tested Models Wastewater emission is controlled more and more strictly by increasingly stringent legislation. Wavin-Labko is ready to comply with the requirements, having developed a series of separators, which has passed the tests according to the EN standard defining the flow rate and purification efficiency. When tested, the 1st class separators are to reach a hydrocarbon concentration of less than 5 mg/l in the outflowing wastewater, and correspondingly, the 2nd class separators should have a concentration of less than 100mg/l. The mechanical ground pressure resistance of the maintenance shafts is also ensured by tests according to the EN 1825 standards.
Sequence Batch Reactors
BioKem Batch Reactors are biological-chemical wastewater treatment plants, into which all the wastewater from a residence can be led. They are intended as effluent treatment systems for residences used all year round in rural or sparsely populated areas. BioKem Batch Reactor consists of the underground process tank, maintenance shaft and device shelter. The chemical pump, the compressor and the chemical canister are located in the device shelter. Additionally, it contains the control unit, which controls the process. The device shelter is placed next to the process tank on the ground surface. The tank itself is emptied of the residual sludge from 2 to 4 times a year, according to the model. Desludging is done clean and easy using an emptying truck. BioKem Batch Reactor is ideal for challenging installation sites, too. The tank is small and durable, and the maintenance shaft of the tank has a terrain-adaptive and childproof cover, which can be locked. The delivery includes starting chemicals, according to the model. BioKem is a low-cost solution. In addition to the low price, the low power consumption and the long emptying cycle make BioKem inexpensive to use. Advantages of BioKem Batch Reactor: ⢠Easy to maintain ⢠Low-cost in use ⢠Easy and quick to install ⢠Meets the requirements of the wastewater standards ⢠Simple process ⢠Odourless ⢠Durable and long-lasting
