The system can be used with all IBAK MODULAR push rod cameras. With the aid of the ORION L camera, the pipe stopper can be pushed and positioned on target even in widely branched sections of pipe systems. Its compact design ensures excellent bend-passing capability. When deflated, the concertina tube shaped sleeve is compact and protected by two closed half shells. The pipe stopper is pushed to the desired site of operation and inflated with a pressure-vacuum hand pump. Due to its elongated form, the sleeve presses closely against a large area of the pipe wall and thus ensures reliable pipe sealing even at low internal pressure. After testing, the sleeve is deflated and reverts to its original compact form and can then be recovered or repositioned Laser Profiler IBAK ILP (Laser Profiler) reliably locates and measures deformations in main-line sewers. A laser projects a ring on the inner pipe wall in the camera's line of sight. The resulting images are recorded digitally in MPEG format. The special analysis software calculates a digital profile from the acquired data and processes this into various graphs. Different profiler models of light-weight synthetic material are available for IBAK pan and rotate cameras. Reliability is a consequence of the instalation of a torque limiting device which can be adjusted according to the product to be ground. It can be used to reduce the volume of scrap from: plastic materials, cardboard, packing materials, wood, hide, leather, nut shells and fruit stones, wood bark, loppings of trees. It can be connected to an aspirator using a tube placed under the screen THE COMBI MODELS To complete the working process and the recovery of plastic rejects, we have designed and built a system that combines the advantages of the four shaft chopping machine with an in-line granulator, capable of producing final chips measuring 4-8 mm.
