| FINAL CONCENTRATOR HYBRID The Final Concentrator Hybrid FCH 30 is a brand new technology developed and applied for patent by LOFT Anlagenbau und Beratung GmbH in spring 2003. In order to achieve maximum reduction of the residue (concentrate) produced during the evaporation process a Final Concentrator Hybrid (FCH) can be used in a second hybrid step. As the whole energy and media is provided by the main plant, the FCH does only work in connection with a DESTIMATÂŽ Low Energy evaporation plant.
The innovative aspects for the customer:
> Disposal costs are reduced by 50
> No additional energy consumption
> Pay back period between 6 and 18
months
The economic efficiency of the evaporation process is thereby effectively increased in comparison to normal evaporation processes or alternative technologies.
A couple of LOFT FINAL CONCENTRATOR HYBRID FCH have already been successfully installed in various cases and fulfill the high expectations of our customer.
In each case the capacity of the FCH is individually adapted to the demanded capacity
