KLEEMANN GmbH are proud to introduce their designs and processing technology from experience which dates back to 1848. Machine technology and applications which where once confined to the processing of natural stones and gravel have been extended systematically into the recycling and classfying markets. These machines both stationary and mobile have been sold and distributed throughout the World through our extensive dealer network.
Mobile Plant
The Kleemann company was already paving the way for the trend to mobile crushing around 1930 as the first wheeled processing machines were designed and produced.
The development of tracked plant at the beginning of the 1980s was also decisively advanced by Kleemann and, starting with the first fully mobile impact crusher, was built up to a complete range of products.
Today this full tracked product range includes seven sizes of jaw crushers, all kinds of different impact crusher sizes, as well as gyratory crushers and screens for a performance range of 100 -1000 t/h.
Due to the rapid development of processing technology in recent years, the focus is increasingly switching to mobile crushing and screening machines in many areas, and these also enable projects previously only realisable with stationary machinery to be implemented with tracked plant.
For example, nowadays many quarries deploy mobile plant with up to three crushing stages for the production of high quality end products.
Due to the ease with which they can be moved and their broad range of applications, mobile plant can not only be economically used in many quarries, but also for recycling concrete, asphalt or slag and clinker.

| Construction material recycling Kleemann is the pioneer in the construction of stationary recycling plants with more than 2 decades of experience. Mineral materials such as masonry, steel reinforced concrete and broken out road materials made from asphalt or concrete are added processed using suitable process technology to form high-quality recycled construction materials and are then reused. This saves increasingly scarce construction material resources.
The complete systems or even subsystems are individually tailored to the requirements by Kleemann and offer optimum process engineering with maximum economic efficiency.
Turnkey plants with throughputs of 10 â 700 t/h have been realised to date.
Recycling plant with a capacity of up to 700 t/h for demolition waste and demolished concrete. Impact crusher SHB 20/160 with primary screen and apron feeder.

| Mobile impact crushers - MOBIREX The track mounted jaw crushers of the MOBIREX series are used for soft to medium-hard natural stone and for the reprocessing of residual construction materials. What is important today, in addition to the quality of the end product, is environmental and cost awareness, availability and a wide field of application. The MOBIREX machines unite all these requirements. In the process, they guarantee an end product that represents the high demands of concrete and asphalt granulation standards with regard to grain shape, grain distribution and cleanliness. |
| Mobile jaw crushers - MOBICAT The track mounted jaw crushers of the MOBICAT series are characterised by their uncompromising design and sturdiness. The outstanding overall performance of the machines results from the harmonious interplay of all components. In this way, MOBICAT machines provide a variety of innovative solutions with regard to efficiency, availability, versatility and, last but not least, the quality of the end product. |
| Mobile screens - MOBISCREEN The range of Kleemann tracked screens extends from 7 - 18.4 m² screening area.
Built either as a double or triple-deck screen with or without feed hopper, as a banana screen, with finger screening surface, with rubberised perforated panels, etc. the screens are suitable for use wherever high outputs are required and where difficult to screen material has to be separated.
The screens are all diesel-electric driven and are particularly suitable for combined operation with an upstream Kleemann crusher.
The performance range for mobile screens nowadays extends to 1,000 t/h depending on the type and composition of the feed material and the grading ranges to be screened. |
| Mobile secondary crushersâ MOBICONE and MOBIFOX When stationary becomes mobility.
Stationary processing plants are increasingly being replaced by mobile machines. In order to ensure the customary quality for concrete or asphalt grading Kleemann has developed special secondary crusher units which work, electrically interlocked, together with other machines such as primary crushers and screens.
Secondary impact crushers and gyratory crushers are used which, depending on the process requirements, are operated with or without fitted screens.
Depending on the application, MOBICONE and MOBIFOX secondary crushers can be used as secondary or tertiary crushers. Even complicated processing sequences can be solved nowadays with several machines connected in series.

| Stationary processing plant - natural stone The processing of natural stone, whether hard, medium-hard or soft, abrasive or non-abrasive, has a long tradition at Kleemann.
The planning & design and realisation of the processing plant take place according to the customer's individual wishes under the aspect of optimum economic efficiency and high-quality end product.
The process machines such as the pre-separator, classifiers, the components which form the heart of a processing plant, which have a decisive influence on the product quality, are produced in-house by Kleemann.
The crusher technology such as the
double toggle jaw crusher for primary size reduction of hard and abrasive rocks
single toggle jaw crusher for medium-hard to hard feed materials
special impact crushers for pre-crushing limestone and recycled materials
hard rock impact crushers for secondary and tertiary crushing applications
sand impact crushers
stone chippings crusher with special type of construction for individual recrushing
are core elements in the Kleemann product range.
In efficient cooperation with reliable and capable partners, turnkey complete solutions are planned & designed, produced and installed, including cone (gyratory) crusher technology.
The plant is put into service by experienced process engineers.
