Approximately 1.5 million kilometres of private sewers & drains have been laid in Germany. Half of them are leaking. As a result, the contaminated sewage flows unfiltered into the soil. About 400 billion litres of sewage leak into the ground every year in Europe in this manner. In addition, the sewage plants are burdened above charge through invasive ground water infiltration. The open construction method is associated with considerable expenditures with respect to time, cost and waste disposal. Previous relining systems are only applicable on a limited basis when bends are present. With BRAWOLINER� this problem is a thing of the past. It combines the advantages of various innovations. The BRAWOLINER� concept has been developed to bring long-term protection and rapid assistance in Sewer Renovation. The BRAWOLINER�- renovation system is already being successfully installed throughout the World. With BRAWOLINER� streets do not have to be ripped up, traffic diverted & residents do not have to be burdened: Buildings, pathways/sidewalks, monuments, garden facilities, roads or the floors in the house remain intact, and renovations/repairs after the renovation of the sewer become a thing of the past. The fast installation saves time and money. BRAWOLINER not only effectively seals a leaking section, but repairs the entire pipe at the same time. As a result of the no-dig method, the costs and the difficulties arising through digging up the ground are completely eliminated. Bends up to 90� can also be sealed in a crease-free manner through the installed liner. The seamless, patented special formulated design eliminates the weak points of the restricted bending ability as well as the danger of splitting along the seam. BRAWOLINER� enables the lining of various pipe diameters - even throughout dimensional changes. Also, a styrene-free and non-odorous environmental epoxy resin is utilised. With its extremely long service life (50 years long-term test) BRAWOLINER� eliminates the problem permanently, effectively without disruption. As soon as the sewer systems become defective major repairs are imminent. These repairs can be carried out quick, easy, cost-effective and permanently. As a result of saving considerable costs with regard to installation - i.e. saving on personnel and time - as well as through the very long service life, BRAWOLINER� is substantially more convenient than conventional repair methods. The BRAWOLINER� total system was the first house connection method that complies with the extensive testing criteria of the German Institute for Constructional Engineering (DIBt) in Berlin, and has also obtained DIBt certification with the Registration No. Z-42.3-362. This provides (private) end customers as well as installation firms the security of receiving or respectively utilising a system with certified proof of quality. BRAWOLINER� enables a flexible, fold-free renovation of sewer pipes with diameter DN 70 to DN 250. For this, a new type of seamless 100% polyester textile hose was developed. This is utilized in conjunction with a flexible foil hose in leaky residential sewers with bends up to 90�. The expensive and time-consuming open construction method is also replaced through a clean, economical and environmentally-friendly alternative. BRAWOLINER� also ensures an extraordinarily high degree of structural capacity. | BRAWO 1 This fast-reacting epoxy resin is especially well-suited for renovation according to the ambient-cure method. The resin's cure time amounts to approx. 10 hours at a temperature of 10 ÂşC. A hot curing is also possible and useful here (cure time with warm cure ca. 2 hours).

| BRAWO 3 - for the warm-cure method This slow-reacting epoxy resin is preferable, utilised in the event of renovation repairs using the hot-cure method. It offers the same viscosity as the BRAWO 1 resin, but also offers a much longer processing time (3.5 hours at 15 ÂşC). With a temperature of 10 ÂşC (cold-curing), the cure time amounts to 30 hours; however at 50 ÂşC (hot-curing) only 3 hours. |

| Hotbox The renovation using the hot-cure method can take place through the utilisation of the BRAWOLINERÂŽ HOTBOX. In this case, the special advantage is that the curing of the chosen resins can be rapidly accelerated. Even in the event of the utilization of a slow curing resin with a processing time of 3.5 hours (BRAWO 3), a curing time of ca. 3 hours is possible. This economical compact heating device quickly pays for itself. |
| Impregnation system The BRAWOLINERÂŽ impregnation system (driven by an electric motor) assumes the task of evenly distributing the resin filled in the BRAWOLINERÂŽ throughout the entire sock length, and working the resin in without stretching the BRAWOLINERÂŽ. The system consists of a three-metre long conveyor belt, an impregnation roller (also electrically driven and continuously variable in height), and a control element for regulation of speed as well as the conveyor belt's direction of movement.
A 2.5 metre long, stainless steel & plastic conveyor - that is attached to the system in no time at all - serves as an extension of the impregnation system. The impregnation system is one of the core components of the BRAWOLINERÂŽ installation system. A good and careful impregnation of the liner is a decisive point for a high-quality renovation.
