| Colour-Sorting SEA opto-electronic colour sorters for the fully automatic visual control of food or recycling materials detect "bad pieces" in a product mixture, which do not meet the given quality standards, and segregate these fully automatically. The sortable products: To sort materials with opto-electronic colour sorting machines, the particles must indicate differences in colour be > 2 mm in size be bulky be dispersible be mainly dry and not adhere to each other have not too large differences between smallest and largest particles |
| Eddy-Current Separators hamos WSS Eddy-Current separators separate valuable non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper and similar from non-metallic recycling products and recover thus a clean non-ferrous metal concentrate. Eddy-Current separators are ideal for the separation of larger metal parts and complete therefore magnets and the hamos KWS electrostatic separation devices for small particles in an ideal way. You recycle: Electrical and electronic scrap Domestic electrical units Wastes of building debris Old cars Cable scrap Electrical lamps Biologic waste / compost Cinder from incineration plants Post-consumer plastic household waste ("DSD") Other non-ferrous metals ...and want to recover valuable non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, copper etc. as a clean metal concentrate? With the hamos WSS Eddy-Current separators most of the coarse non-ferrous metals can be separated at smallest expenditures! hamos WSS Eddy-Current separators enable: The recuperation of a non-ferrous metal concentrate The production of an iron fraction The demetallisation of the input materials The increase of the revenues by metallic raw materials of high-quality Operating principle: The metal/non-metal mixture to be separated is given into the hamos WSS separation unit and is conveyed to the high frequency magnetic field. This magnetic field results from a fast rotating drum magnet, which induces an electrical eddy-current in the non-ferrous particles. The eddy current is proportional to the conductivity of the material. Due to the eddy-current, the metal grains are shot out in conveyor direction. The non-conductive fraction is not affected by the magnetic field and falls off from the belt. Your advantages: Dry separation process Best for granular non-ferrous materials > 5 mm Simplest operation Low energy costs No additional resources Hundredfold proven technology Very economical solution Fully automatic continuous process Very high degrees of separation and product purities attainable The standard version: All non-ferrous metal separators hamos WSS are equipped as follows: Infinitely variable adjustment of all function parameters Stable steel framework for the accommodation of all separator components Separate electronics cabinet with monitoring of all important parameters Access to the magnet wheel adjustment via large doors Large material function funnel for the filling of the vibration feeder Variable partition plate for the allocation of the non-metallic parts and the non-ferrous metal Discharge of the ferrous fraction via chute Cover of the separation area with large hood Optionally, we can offer also complete material handling systems. The models: We supply non-ferrous metal separators hamos WSS with different useable belt widths from 400 mm to 1500 mm. The throughput amount per 1000 mm width can reach more than 20,000 kg/h, depending on the specific weight and bulk density of the material. |
| ERP Electronic Scrap Recycling System The hamos ERP electronic scrap recycling system is designed to recycle electronic items, coming from production and post consumer electronics waste. Bare and populated circuit boards, integrated circuits, cellular phones and even complex electronic components such as whole computers, photocopiers, VCR's and other consumer electronics can be recycled! After several stages of size reduction, a non-ferrous metal product is made with a high degree of purity by a proprietary, dry separation system. If you recycle: Printed circuit board base materials (Epoxy or phenolic resin) Bare and populated printed circuit boards Electronic elements Power supply circuit boards Power supply units with transformers (weight up to max. 4 kg each) Telephones and Mobile (cellular) phones Computers (without monitor) and Keyboards and many more... the hamos ERP will help you to make the maximum profit by recovering the valuable fractions from these materials. |
| Magnets for removal of ferrous metals from bulk materials Magnets remove ferrous particles from different raw materials. They are used in practically all areas where bulk materials are processed. Magnets are available in permanent or electromagnetic version in a multiplicity of different designs and systems and different dimensions. Machine protection Magnets protect processing machines in reliable and economic way against damages, machine failures or deadlocks caused by ferrous particles. Injection moulding machines, extruders, calanders, mixers and mills can be protected just as reliably as augers, forming tools, stamps and other machine parts against metallic pollution in the raw material. Production deadlocks or quality losses are prevented thereby. Product protection Intensified quality requirements apply to all raw materials and in particular products in the food sector. This requires an extremely precise metal removal from this materials. Even smallest ferrous particles with sizes of > 30 µm can be separated. Recovery of raw materials With magnets valuable raw materials are recovered. In particular in the recycling industry ferrous metal parts are segregated with permanent and electromagnetic systems of the most diverse types. Applications: Magnets are used for the removal of ferrous particles from different raw materials in the following areas: Recycling Feed industry Plastics industry Chemistry Pharmacy Food industry Sand, gravel and cement industry Ceramics industry Wood industry Magnets show their efficiency particularly in combination with devices for non-ferrous separation. It is possible to separate the residual non-ferrous metals by eddy current (coarse metals) or electrostatic separators (fine metals) . The result is a maximum metal recovery and a practically metal-free product. Permanent Magnets Permanent magnetically, thus no power requirement Lifetime magnetism warranty Highest magnetic field strengths up to 12,000 Gauss Task specific optimized magnetic materials available By the use of different magnet types with different sizes and dimensions practically each iron removal problem can be easily solved. Electro-Magnets Completely self-cleaning systems enabling integration into fully automated production processes Different versions with options for specific purposes available High magnetic field strengths | |
