Feed- and dosing bunker

There, the input-material is delivered in an optimal dose, to the next belt conveyor by the feed roll. So it is separated very good for the next sorting e.g. by means of an automatic disc screen. The dosing is adjustable. Automatic opening of pressed bales The wire will be removed manually or by means of the forklift shears from the pressed bales (e.g. paper or PET). The bales are fed into the bale breaker from behind and are conveyed then towards the discharging roll. There, the bales are dismantled systematically and transferred to the next conveyor belt in an optimal dose being best separated for the following treatment.
