We Optimize TTS can perform a comprehensive evaluation of your entire operation to generate detailed recommendations for increasing output, improving heat rate, improving reliability and availability, reducing operational and maintenance costs and enhancing parts life. Additionally, we offer combustion tuning and performance testing, allowing you to utilize one source for testing and tuning services.
| Control System Solutions The TMS-1000 Series of turbine controllers are built on the most advanced PLC platforms available today; these systems are designed using the latest in Distributed Control System philosophy. With our hardware independent approach, one can use technology and parts already common to their plant. The following benefits result from the implementation of a fully integrated TMSÂŽ system:
Improving existing control system performance and reliability
Optimizing unit output and efficiency
Eliminating dependence on the OEM for spare parts and/or repair
Reducing the cost of spare parts and/or repair
Improving the amount and quality of information the system provides to operators and engineers
Providing additional features to enhance unit operation and maintenance
We supply a complete package of engineering, hardware and technical support to complete the control system upgrade, which includes overall system design; all controller and operator interface hardware, software, and installation drawings; instruction manuals; and technical direction for startup and load tests.
From our corporate headquarters in Florida, lead engineers have the capability of monitoring, troubleshooting and solving any situation at your plant, day or night. Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology to provide you with all of our services online. From this, you can receive informed solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.

| ElectroFloÂŽ Electronic Fuel Control Valve Fast and accurate flow control for combustion turbine applications is more accessible with the ElectroFloÂŽ Electronic Control Valve. Developed by TTS, the ElectroFloÂŽ Valve surpasses the response and accuracy of most pneumatic and high pressure hydraulic systems, while eliminating many of the complications associated with each. With the ElectroFloÂŽ Valve and other suggested modifications, TTS can completely eliminate all hydraulic and pneumatic accessories found on typical gas turbines.
The ElectroFloÂŽ value has over 10 million installed hours in applications controlling fluids from natural gas and diesel fuel to steam and water for NOx abatement.

| Mastermind⢠Operation and Maintenance Software Package Mastermind⢠is a universal operation and maintenance softwarepackage developed to provide the user with prompt, relevant information necessary to keep a gas turbine in operation. Mastermind⢠serves as an extensive reference library that draws from a variety of related documents including connection diagrams and real time I/O to inventory documents and procurement information. Mastermind⢠can be launced by clicking on a device shown on the Operator Interface System or automatically from an alarm.
Mastermind⢠supplies critical information by highlighting important data, then pointing the right way to a solid solution. Thus, the consolidation of multiple forms of infomation permits a greater volume of date to be maintained, updated and analyzed. A variety of protocols are available, including Ethernet (TCP/IP), DH+ and MODbus, which allows communication with many popular machine controllers including GE Fanuc and Allen Bradley.

| Operator Interface System TTS's Operator Interface System (OIS) is an interactive program, offering you exceptional flexibility. The MS Windows based OIS utlilizes many advanced features like networking, sharing data with other programs, and multitasing through its windows-based program. Displays are available in multiple formats, each designed to put essential information at the operator's fingertips. With these troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities, gas turbine operators duties are simplified.

| TMSŽ Family For total turbine systems and plant management, we invite you to explore our Turbine Management Systems (TMS) family of system solutions. This comprehensive approach consists of individual components, that include Turbine Control Systems, Balance of Plant Control Systems, NOx Abatement Systems, Turbine Auxiliary Systems, Combustion Dynamics Monitoring Systems, Human Machine Interface Systems, as well as the patented, TTS-designed ElectroFloŽ Valve and Mastermind⢠online operations and maintenance software package. |
| TurbinatorÂŽ This wireless human/machine interface communicates with the turbine via radio frequencies and transmits I/O in real-time. Three methods of command are possible including voice activation, point and click, and a handheld touchscreen display unit.
Roaming freely around the site, operators can monitor signals previously seen only in the control room. With this freedom, operators have the ability to perform all control room functions, including:
Inspect equipment
Troubleshoot problems
Acknowledge alarms
Calibrate equipment on the turbine base
