	Pulp and Paper Industry Among various industries Pulp and Paper Industry is one of Enviroburners’ most important customer groups. Enviroburners is supplying non-condensable gas (NCG) burners and back-up flares for pulp mills' NCG systems including flame arresters, valve trains for oil, natural gas and liquid methanol and turpentine. Burner management system is an important part of our scope. Our experienced personnel is available to provide start-up and commissioning as well as operator training services. Enviroburners’ customer support service covers burner maintenance, trouble shooting and spare part deliveries. Selected worldwide references Dedicated NCG incinerator With the help of our burners and flares your pulp mill odor problems can be reduced down to a minimum by: Converting non-condensable gas and methanol to useful energy Oxidizing odor causing compounds up to 99% Burning low volume high concentration (LVHC) and high volume low concentration (HVLC) NCG, liquid methanol and turpentine in the same burner or flare Additionally flare type incinerator is frequently used as a stand-by backup with rapid start-up. Enviroburners’ NCG burner models are custom designed for dedicated incinerator, power boiler and recovery boiler applications. There are no refractory linings needed in our burners and flares. All materials are stainless steel.
