Our product range includes two-stage electrostatic air filters, whose development goes back to Dr. Penney, and also the units of the Dust Hog line for general dusts. All UAS units feature superior rates of contaminant separation and a very attractive cost-benefit ratio.
The range is complementedby the MENA line, mechanical emulsion mist filters which offer outstanding aerosol separation and long service life, especially for water based cooling lubricants.
The German branch focuses primarily on solving air purification problems and providing service.With our own on-site production facilities and design and engineering departments we are able to quickly and expertly implement bespoke solutions within a clearly defined budget; for instance, adapting the systems to all standard machines as local or external extraction systems.With over 30 years of practical experience, UAS is more than well equipped to analyse precisely each particular application and to install exactly the right filtering unit with regard to size, performance etc.
Our filter systems comply with the UVV/VDE regulations and carry the CE mark. Filtering units for the , and other countries can be supplied with the local mains voltage.In addition to its headquarters in Bad Camberg, UAS also has offices nationwide, enabling swift service to be provided, project data documented or surveys conducted. | Electrostatic filters The high separating performance of 96 - 99% is achieved by utilising a simple and efficient layout. A ventilating fan, cushioned against vibration, sucks in the polluted air which is then guided through a prefilter (5) separating larger pollutant particles and providing an even air flow distribution.
Downstream, the ioniser (6) continuously charges the remaining fine particles within fractions of a second by means of ionised air molecules.
Air purification is carried out by the collector (7). Composed of several vertical plates aligned parallel to the flow of pollutants, the collector deflects the positively charged pollutant particles in an induced electric field toward the earthed plate. The positioning of the plates ensures excellent discharge behaviour so that separated harmful substances can run off easily through a syphon.

This is why almost the entire range of industrial dedusting from 2,000 to 150,000 m³/h can be covered. Thanks to the numerous types of filter cartridges, which are purchased directly from the Clarcor group, we are also able to offer tailored solutions to many industries. Compact dedusters are also available for mobile or smaller applications (volume flow rate 5,000 m3/h). | 
| The UAS solution for ideal air cleaning Mena 500 and Mena 1000
Developed especially for the efficient separation of emulsion aerosols with optimum cleaning effect.
Prefilter for solid particles (metal particles, shavings etc.), oil and emulsion droplets using a dense prefilter element.
The filter cartridge is made of glass fabric and provides for the main separation of fine aerosols. At the filter cartridge, the aerosols flow into the respective collecting basin and are discharged out of the filter housing unhindered.
Long filter service lifetime guarantees high availability of the filter.
Both devices are designed for mounting directly on processing machines. Assembly on a support or bracket is possible. | |
