Manufacturer |
DOCERAM is a manufacturer of custom-built engineering ceramic components made from oxide- and nitride ceramics. Solutions are prepared with the customer in the field of automotive-lots, textile machinery-, mechanical and plant engineering from small to mass production. In the area of welding technology a standard parts unique in the ceramics world is available for welding centring pins, positioning pins and alignment pins. DOCERAM realises innovative solutions, tailored to customer requirements through the application of material know-how, FEM (finite element method) calculation of component stresses at the preliminary design stage, complete solutions in composite materials and implementation by a high tech train of machines. The synergy of this interaction results in a technically and economically ideal end product. DOCERAM is committed to strict implementation of the quality and process requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001. These cover the entire manufacturing process from inspection of the goods on receipt of the ceramic raw materials to the measurement of tolerance ranges in the µm range on the 3D-measuring machine. DOCERAM has been running DOCERAM Engineered Ceramics Co., Ltd.for 12 years in Yixing, China, under German on site management to manufacture yarn guides for textile machines. Recently, also precision engineered parts for mechanical engineering are produced. DOCERAM is aware of its responsibility. Resource-saving processes, comprehensive emission protection and waste management are a tribute to the impressive environmental policy in the entire MOESCHTER GROUP "Realise joint visions!"
| Water Ceramics
Ceramics are extremely hard, physically stable, extremely heat resistant, chemically inert, biocompatible and they have superior electrical properties.
They won't melt, bend, stretch, corrode or wear out. When metals, plastics and glass can not stand up to the task, ceramics step in and solve the problem.
Today's competitive industries often require performance, that only ceramic materials can provide. More and more companies are discovering the countless ways that ceramic technology can improve their products. | |
