In addition to BioDiesel plants BDI, as a leading constructor of special plants, also supplies efficient plant concepts in the "Waste to BioFuels" field. The ENBAFERM Multi-Feedstock BioGas-Technology developed by ®enbasys is particularly suitable for the bioenergetic recovery of difficult industrial and municipal residual and waste products that are available as a raw material throughout the year. omega3+ is a comprehensive plant concept for the obtainment of high-quality Omega-3 Fatty Acids and valuable Biofuel from Fish Oil, that has been developed with BDI’s German subsidiary UIC.

	BDI's integrated Waste to BioFuels System Combining BDI BioDiesel and enbasys BioGas plants we are able to offer you an integrated Waste to BioFuels System with zero waste. Waste and byproducts from different industries but also directly from the production of Biofuels are converted into BioEnergy. The excellent CO2 balance and thus low carbon footprint contributes to climate change deceleration.
	Omega-3 Fatty Acids and Biofuel from Fishoil BDI and its German subsidiary UIC combine their leading-edge technologies for a plant concept that processes Fish Oil to valuable Omega-3 Fatty Acids (with concentrations of EPA and DHA of 60 % and more) and high value Biofuel. This unique omega3+ technology guarantees that your revenues will rise substantially thanks to the optimum processing of fish oil. As a general contractor, BDI is in a position to exploit the extensive synergy potential offered by the companies that belong to the corporate group. It can therefore act as a single, integrated source for the completion of entire projects, from individual sub-assemblies needed in process engineering to complete plants (from planning and installation to start-up and after-sales service).
	RepCat Technology BDI has developed the RepCat Technology for the processing of raw materials containing a very high portion of free fatty acids. The very innovative RepCat is able to handle up to 100% Free Fatty Acid (FFA) content in your raw material while producing top quality BioDiesel with highest efficiency and economy even exceeding the strictest international standards (EN 14214 / ASTM D 6751). Another feature, compared to all other industrial processes applied so far is, that by complete recycling of the catalyst an absolute salt-free glycerine quality with a minimum of 95% glycerine content is gained. This fact makes the produced glycerine a highly demanded, easily marketable product for numerous applications in different sectors of the industry.
	RetroFit With RetroFit BDI adapts and optimises existing Biodiesel plants supplied by other plant engineering companies. The “RetroFit” program takes account of the need not only to adapt existing plants all over the world to new BioDiesel standards but also to maximise efficiency, raw material flexibility and quality.
