| RepCat Technology BDI has developed the RepCat Technology for the processing of raw materials containing a very high portion of free fatty acids. The very innovative RepCat is able to handle up to 100% Free Fatty Acid (FFA) content in your raw material while producing top quality BioDiesel with highest efficiency and economy even exceeding the strictest international standards (EN 14214 / ASTM D 6751).
Another feature, compared to all other industrial processes applied so far is, that by complete recycling of the catalyst an absolute salt-free glycerine quality with a minimum of 95% glycerine content is gained. This fact makes the produced glycerine a highly demanded, easily marketable product for numerous applications in different sectors of the industry. |
