Double diaphragm pumps

Double diaphragm pumps are operated by compressed air orany non-flammable compressed gas. The pumping strokebegins as air is delivered by the air distribution system, puttingpressure on one diaphragm and then the opposite diaphragm.The two diaphragms are linked together by a common rod.The pumping stroke on one side is simultaneously the suctionstroke on the opposing diaphragm alternately drawing fluid inone side while discharging fluid from the other side.

Lagoon filtering system

The range LAGOON has been designed to have different parts that can be assembled together in order to manufacturea customised and usefull filtering system. The bases can be connected one to the other, in line or in parallel.The spacious base allows an easy connection of the different pipes, valves and fittings.

Process Pumps

Centrifugal chemical pumps moulded in pure thermoplastic material with many executions to offer different applications for pumping chemicals in the most efficient way. Innovation thanks to stainless steel use in the pump body as reinforcement.The stainless steel is also used for the coupling guard and the base plate all according to the ISO regulations.The employed material and external structures are identical for the whole project Frontiera. The inside solutions and type of motor connection are different. These pumps can be sealless or sealed; close coupled or long coupled executions. TGF series sealless centrifugal magnetical driven pumps according to ISO 2858 with the possibility to choose netween different internal structures in order to offer many applications for pumping the chemicals in the most efficient way. One execution allows the accidental dry running. ZGF series Sealed pumps produced according to ISO 2858 regulations with own mechanical support, back pull out execution. As “process” pumps they are designed to accept commercially standardized mechanical seals. The bearings are oil lubricated. TMF series Hydraulic parts of the precedent range but in close coupled execution with the normalised electric motors installable without dismantling the pump. ZMF series Sealed pumps, close-coupled execution, ready to fit normalized motors with additional bearing to withstand hydraulic loads.

Service Pumps

The main feature of these pumps is the capability to suck with empty pipes, only in few seconds from a deep of 5 meter , even concentrated chemicals with high specific gravity and low vapour tension. Only a few competitive products offer such possibility ! The “TMA” pumps are made of thermoplastic polymer such as Polypropylene that is suitable for the majority of the chemicals available on the market and E-CTFE that is a fluorinated polymer usually resistant to all the liquids, mix of acids and bases up to a working temperature of 90°C. The internal components are in ceramic, silicon carbide, carbon-graphite and glass fibre reinforced PTFE . The process through injection-moulding allow production of stronger components thanks to reinforcement ribs and equal thicknesses. The motors are IEC normalized and either three phase or single phase. Different powers of motor are installable depending of the specific gravity of the chemicals. The NEMA motor are also installable. Among the applications we point out the ones refereed to decanting, transfer of chemical and galvanic process, descaling of pipes and hydraulic system (where suction and discharge reversibility can be exploited ) , pumping of fungicides and agricultural fertilizers (utilizing the adequate pressure developed by the pump) , pleasure crafts for sea water use.
