	DH & XH balers The DH & XH balers are all equipped with Presona´s unique two-step prepress system. This system allows a feed opening of 2200 mm - all the way from the feed opening down to the bottom of the press chamber. The powerful XH balers with a combined press force of 210 tons, channel format 1100 x 1100 and a power pack of 2 x 75 kW can produce up to 50 tph or over 800 cbmh. These balers are capable of processing cardboard, paper, PET, HDPE, plastic foils, aluminium, household waste and shredded industrial waste with highest efficiency and superior bale quality. 	EH, VH and CH models All EH, VH and CH models use the pre-press technology developed by Presona. The pre-press unit compacts the material from above down into the press chamber and there is no surplus to be removed by the main ram. Traditional balers often have surplus shearing systems on the main ram, which are subject to wear and increase the risk of the press jamming. The prepress system also gives full utilization of the press force. No power required for tough shearing operations. 	LP Balers The correct capacity Presona baler to meet the customer´s requirements is always available. The Presona LP Balers range consist of 6 basic models, the OH, EH, VH, CH, DH and XH. These letters refer to size of the feed opening. All models are available with either larger or doubled up motors for higher output. The OH model is developed for the printing, packaging and graphic industry. Typically fed by means of a pneumatic feeding system. The OH model has no prepress - suitable for low headroom. Capacity up to 10 tons/hour. The EH, VH and CH models accept and process most materials, from paper and PET-bottles to household and industrial waste. Typically fed by means of a conveyor system. All equipped with prepress. Capacity up to 50 tons/hour. The DH and XH models have the unique two-step prepress system allowing a feed opening width up to 2,2 m - all the way from the feed opening down to the bottom of the press chamber - exellent when baling bulky material. 	Presona Sorting Plants The world population is increasing day by day. We have become accustomed to an increasingly high standard of consumption, more products, new products. The quantity of used material is also increasing at an alarming rate - and with it - the problem of handling this waste. A typical sort plant can be designed for two or more fractions with a yearly material flow of 30.000 to 300.000 tonnes. 	SP Balers The SP Series balers are suitable for printers, bookbinders, central warehouses and other businesses requiring mill size bales of small quantities of material. The SP Series shear balers are all equipped with Presona´s well-tried and reliable tying system. The SP Series balers have 4 vertical strapping wires. The SP Series shear balers can be fed manually, or by means of a feeding conveyor or air feed for continous operation.
