Already since 1899 the name BEZNER has been a guarantee for intelligent and field-oriented machines from the Upper Swabian region. First Bezner produced special machines for woodworking and screening machines. But at the beginning of the eighties, BEZNER as one of the first machine-makers started the manufacture of plants for the sorting of recyclable.
We are specialised not only in the production but also in the development of efficient machines and plants for this task. A lot of technical improvement, inventions and system solutions which are now state of the art are result of pioneer work done by the development department of BEZNER. We feel not only obliged to find continuously innovative solutions but also to offer machines of best quality. With our production we therefore never make compromises which are likely to affect the quality. Today the name BEZNER, especially in the field of garbage treatment enjoys an excellent reputation for competence and quality and this reputation is documented by a great number of successful installations.
Know-how and quality from Ravensburg is a promise which we will keep for now and also in future. Due to the high motivation and the know-how developed over decades, our staff is more than before qualified to meet our targets to the advantage of our customers. Today Bezner develops, designs and builds not only efficient individual machines but supplies also turnkey plants for waste sorting according to customer’s specifications.
In this field we cooperate as main contractor with complete planning offices, research institutes and sub-suppliers. Our major target is the delivery of long-life and field-oriented products guaranteeing minimal down-time and therefore highest availability even in extreme working conditions.

| The Horizontal Screening Machine The Horizontal Screening Machine is used for the separation according to size of most different material mixtures. Due to the large horizontal and circular vibratory motion, a specially careful treatment of the material takes place. A raising or longitudinal fall-through of the screening material is entirely excluded. The screened fractions are of extremely high quality as the total screening surface is used for the screening procedure. Advantages • High self-cleaning effect • Material protecting separation • Total screening surface used • Quick screen change possible • High availability • Simple cleaning and maintenance • Little energy consumption • Flexible adaptation to different mate-rial compositions • Sorting into two or more fractions possible Field of application The Horizontal Screening Machine serves for classifying construction and demolition waste, light packing, paper, remnants, wood flakes and wood chips. A variation of the type, the number of screen-ing elements, the screen apertures or the number of screening decks is possible ac-cording to the requirements of the material mixture to be separated. Screening bars are, for example, used as screening elements whenever screening plates are likely to get clogged because of the material composition. As option we offer the Horizontal Screening Machine also as enclosed version with dust shielding, explosion protecting flaps and sprinkler system. Technical description The material mixture to be classified is trans-ported in a uniform condition by a conveyor to the intake of the Horizontal Screening Machine. Due to the vibratory mo-tion and the inclination of the screening box, the material mixture is in continuous motion and moved towards the outfeed side. Any material accumulations are immediately planely distributed. The material mixture passes over the screening surfaces. Material with a cross-section smaller than the apertures of the screening elements, falls through and undergoes – if required – the subsequent screening step. This screening procedure is repeated until the material reaches the required final quality. The screened material is discharged from the Horizontal Screening Machine via a discharge chute. Coarse material not falling through the apertures of the screening elements is discharged via the outfeed. Construction The Horizontal Screening Machine consists of three main assemblies: • Base frame with drive unit • Screen support with universal joints • Screening box with intake and outfeed and screening plates | |
