The new highly efficient technology generation produces biogas from various substrates, like side products of biofuel production or organic residues with high COD content. Around our biotechnological cornerstone - the "High Load Hybrid Reactor" – we supply with you all necessary process steps like Substrate Management, Waste Water Treatment and Biogas Conversion into electricity and hot water.

| High Performance Process Technology Our new technology generation combines the advantages of classical digester systems (high Total Solids and COD content of the substrate) with high performance digesters (UASB) for waste water (e.g. exhaust vapors, rinsing water) with low organic concentration. With a loading rate of 15 kg CSB/m³Fermentervolume enbasys sharply contrasts with traditional biogas plants. The "High Load Hybrid Reactor" offers an intriguing solution developed for the treatment of large volume-streams of different organic wastes and biofuel residues. The tremendous advantages of the new plant generation have a huge impact on the treatment of substances with high content of particles, fats and proteins. |
