The 15 years experience in design of shot-blasting units with several manufacturers, convinced Mr. Rosaldo Pezzoni to be able to start-up his own company. TURBOTECNICA was then founded in Legnano in 1981, as private owned company. After two months, in a 500 sqm manufacturing hall and with the help of just a worker and a beginner, the first machine was ready for delivery, complete with some innovative solutions with respect to the competition. The company has been growing by achieving the capacity to develop standard, special and customized shot-blasting machines. To reach this target the company has been constantly investing money in manpower, equipment and buildings. Today in the 6000 sqm workshop, TURBOTECNICA people design, manufacture, assemble, paint and test the shot-blasting units. During our development we have always been co-operating with our customers, since we are convinced that suggestions and complaints coming from the end user are the best way to continuously improve our products.
|
|
Thus, the first aim of each worker is to contribute towards the best quality of the product. Since 2000, TURBOTECNICA is certified UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000, and we must thank our customers satisfaction for the success achieved up to now. To reduce to the minimum the time required for the assembly on site, and to deliver on time a reliable product, all our machines are tested and pre-commissioned in house. The final installation is also carried out by our qualified personnel.
|
|
TURBOTECNICA management has also been focusing on the after-sales department, which follows the machine just after delivery and commissioning, and is the first means to gain the customer’s trust. To follow up the increasing number of machines and their spreading in the world, beside the technicians and the mobile workshops TURBOTECNICA has been developing the remote assistance via internet, to help the customer in solving lots of problems in real time.

| rotating shot blasting unit alfa The rotating table shot-blasting machines are the most simple, versatile and economic solution to the surface treatment needs.
The parts are loaded on the rotating table: their lateral and top surfaces are subject to the shots thrown by the turbines.
The table diameter can vary from 500 to 2500mm, with a load capacity up to 1500 Kg.
The machine does not require a pit, and is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector |
| Compressed air shot-blasting machines The compressed air automatic blasting machines can be employed even with non-metallic shots, such as ceramic, aluminium oxide, glass, which cannot be used in the airless machines. |
| Hook type shot-blasting machine - DELTA The shot-blasting machines type âDELTAâ are the most versatile in terms of typical employment and size of the materials to be treated.
In fact the customer can choose the size and loading capacity of the machine according to the parts to be shot-blasted.
The materials are hanged on the hook, and this is manually or automatically transferred into the blasting room. Once in position, the hook starts to rotate on its axis and move back and forward in front of the turbines (mounted on one side of the machine). These combined movements ensure the complete shot-blasting of the parts external surface. |
| Shot blasting machine with conveyor - NTOR The tunnel type machine âNTORâ is a continuous shot-blasting unit with a special wear-proof steel wire conveyor.
The layout of the machine consists of a tunnel having the blasting room in the middle section. The 4 or 8 turbines are mounted above and below the belt conveyor, and are orientated in a way to ensure the perfect surface covering even for the most complex parts.
The final section of the tunnel is provided with a blowing system to remove the shots possibly remaining on the parts.
The machine does not require a pit, and is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector. |
| Shot-blasting machine with rolls conveyor - GAMMA The tunnel type machine âGAMMAâ is a continuous shot-blasting unit with a motorised rolls conveyor, employed for surface treatment of plates, profiles, pipes and steel structures.
The number and location of the turbines are optimised to ensure the full coverage of the materials transported by the conveyor.
By the frequency inverter for the rolls conveyor driving unit, the operator can choose the best compromise between the production speed and the final result, depending on materials condition before shot-blasting.
A blowing and brushing device ensure the shots removal from the surface of the blasted parts.
The machine type âGAMMAâ can be installed âin-lineâ with a painting facility. For plates only it is also available the model with the conveyor in vertical position (type âVERTâ).
The shot-blasting unit is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector.

| tumble blast machines The tumble blast machines with rubber belt conveyor are employed for the surface treatment of batches of parts, loaded manually or automatically by means of a hydraulic skip loader.
The belt conveyor is made of wear-proof rubber. Its rotation makes the parts tumbling, and by this movement the whole surfaces of the parts are exposed to the shots thrown by the turbines.
The offloading of the parts is obtained by the rotation of the belt conveyor in the opposite sense. Parts can fall directly into the empty container or through an offloading belt or vibrating conveyor.
The loading capacity can vary from 35 to 1500 litres and/or from 45 to 1000 Kilos in weight.
The machine does not require a pit, and is supplied complete with a self-cleaning dry cartridges dust collector. | |
