	COMBINATION SEWER CLEANERS Every CAP-COMBI is designed exactly according to customer's needs and allows a much faster and more efficient cleaning. Ultramodern, flexible and reliable technology supports and assists the operator. CAP-COMBI can be equipped with: carbon steel or stainless steel tanks; fixed internal wall or movable wall; two external water tanks; a wide range of vacuum pumps; a wide range of triplex plungers high pressure pumps. The mechanical transmission permits to drive the high pressure pump and the vacuum pump completely separate from each other or at the same time, utilizing the truck's own PTO or the special CAPPELLOTTO's “CAP PTO”. The patented upper suction hose reel is equipped with a telescopic, adjustable in height and 300° swivelling boom designed on the same axle.
	HAZARDOUS MATERIAL TRANSPORT TANKERS CAP-ADR is synonymous for technology for the transport of hazardous material. Every CAP-ADR is designed and certified according to each countrie's ADR- and safety regulations. CAP-ADR collects the hazardous material under vacuum ensuring the total safety for the operator and for the environment. The tanks are available in corten or stainless steel. CAP-ADR can collect different hazardous materials, belonging to following ADR-Classes: Class 3: inflammable liquids; Class 4.1 : inflammable solids; Class 5.1 : comburent materials; Class 6.1 : poisonous materials; Class 6.2 : biohazard materials; Class 8 : corrosive materials; Class 9 : other dangerous materials.
	HIGH PRESSURE CLEANER Where there is a need to clean pipes, sewers and ducts out of blockages, solid wastes and hardened deposits, Cappellotto offers the most economic and efficient solution. This consists of a tank, a high pressure pump and a hydraulic driven high pressure hose reel. The tank is cylindrical or poly-cylindrical. The water supply is guaranteed by means of a volumetric or centrifugal pump, or by external means.

	VACUUM LOADER The CAP-BORA Vacuum Loader shows the state of the art of vacuum technology and pneumatic handling of dry and wet materials, even if classified as hazardous materials. The superstructure combines the highest efficiency with the highest vacuum performance, thanks to a wide range of lobe vacuum pumps, generating an airflow of 4.500 to 13.000 m³/h at max. 90% vacuum. CAP-BORA is designed to remove wet and dry materials over long distances and depths by suction. An exclusive self-discharging automatic system for the filter baghouse avoids dead times for cleaning without stopping vacuum operations. A special CAPPELLOTTO P.O.S. (Pressure-Offload-System) enables dry materials to be pumped up to a height of 60 meters. The CAP-BORA can work in different industrial fields when equipped with a complete high-pressure unit with triplex-plunger high-pressure pump. The superstructure is designed in order to guarantee a long working life and a high level of resistance against abrasive and aggressive materials.
	VACUUM TANK This type of vehicle offers the best solution for the removal via vacuum of sludge sewage and liquid wastes from ducts, sewers and sewage plants, as well as for the transport of this material. The tanks are available in carbon or stainless steel, mounted either on a truck chassis, trailer, semi-trailer or roll-off-vehicle.
