	Composting Knowing about the process requirements and taking into account the developments of the market as well as the limits of the waste treatment installations, we count on multiple options for successfully culminating the composting of the different fractions of organic material and green waste.
	Mobile machinery The mobile equipments are a central complement for the recycling and composting installations, since they help to improve and secure the quality of the treated material. The mobile machinery is used for the trituration of banal waste, for the composting process or for the preparation of biomass in the field of alternative energies.
	Sorting The efficacy at this point of the installation is subordinated to an adequate conditioning of the product prepared for sorting as well as to the ergonomic adequation of the working places. Paying special attention to the comfort conditions within the selection cabins and supplementing the installations with elements that optimise the storing of subproducts, we facilitate the means for obtaining a high capacity at this stage of the process.
	Sorting of Construction and Industrial Waste For the recycling of valueable materials contained in the construction and industrial waste, we construct plants which are adequate for the hard work the passage of this type of materials implies, with designs that surprise through their simplicity. We manage that the installations can be compatible with both products by means of a design which is based on the positive and negative sorting modes, which facilitates the selection of the valueables or extraction of the contaminants from the flux
	Treatment of M.S.W. At Masias Recycling, we design, calculate, manufacture, mount and make work plants and installations for treating and recycling Municipal Solid Waste, always with the knowledge of the most up-to-date and reliable technology and with the confidence that is brought to us by our experience and our “Know How”. Depending on the aim our client wishes to achieve, and knowing about the heterogeneity of the M.S.W., we dispose of multiple concepts for the design and the specific and adequate type of machinery in order to succeed in reaching a correct process operation and to guarantee a profitable performance during the large lifetime of the installations.
	Types of composting The tunnel technology with its controlled environment is adequate both for the fermentation as well as for the maturation of the organic fraction, avoiding the generation of noxious odours and accelerating the composting process. In order to be able to adapt the operating parametres of the composting process to the production capacities of each installation, we dispose of complementary systems for the automatization of the filling, the internal distribution of the product and its automated extraction.
	Wood chippers This series of machines is made up of chippers with a high-speed rotor, and they manage to reduce the material to a defined size. The high quality of the chips can be made use of for incineration purposes, for chip boards or for paper production.
