Our main company aim is to offer our system customers a complete service package including installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.

	Barrel identification Delivery of ident system for detection of emptying data of domestic/commercial waste including “negative list” check. Data import/export from and to head office via GMS/GPRS modem. Setup changes available for almost all fill types.
	Container scales The container scales DMA02 CO can easily and quickly be mounted onto almost every available skip loader. The weighing procedure does not cause any additional work for the driver since weights are automatically detected during the hoisting process
	Side loader scales Side loader scales can easily and quickly be installed into almost every vehicle. The weighing process does not constitute any additional work for the driver since weights are detected directly during hoisting (stop & go).
	Software The high-performance PC software GASCALE supports the data collection and processing processes of a road vehicle scale. It not only comfortably and quickly carries out all weighing procedures, it also offers a wide range of additional features for data collection and evaluation, such as for example logging and storage of legal metrology weighing processes, delivery note printout, allocation to business processes, file systems for customers, vehicles, freighters, products, building sites, weighing procedures, etc. as well as enhanced statistics features.
	Weighbridge Underground weighbridges : Underground weighbridges offer the great advantage that they can be passed over in any direction. The underground weighbridge is either delivered as a pre-fabricated bridge integrated into the finished foundation or directly concreted into the existing foundation on site. Another possibility is to deliver the foundation in pre-fabricated parts which then only have to be lifted in, adjusted and screwed together. Usually, however, the foundation is produced by a construction company of the customer’s choice. Underground weighbridges are available at a length of 6 to 20 m and a width of 3 m. Overground weighbridges : Overground weighbridges do not require an expensive foundation, a simple strip foundation for the support points will be sufficient. The ramp wedges have to be produced on site. The overground bridge is available as a pre-fabricated bridge and can be concreted on site. Besides, it has side walls for stabilization purposes. The in-situ concrete bridge constitutes a continuous concrete slab. Optionally, strip foundations and ramp wedges can be delivered as pre-fabricated parts. Overground weighbridges are available at a length of 8 to 20 m and a width of 2.8 to 3m.
	weighing terminal DMA03 baby, 230V/50Hz The weighing terminal DMA03 baby is a European calibratable weighing terminal in IP67 design combining the features of a high-precision weight detection device and an operator terminal. Its operation is neither affected by humidity, variations in temperature nor dust. The weighing terminal consists of a robust stainless steel casing for wall as well as table installation and panelmount installation. The weight is displayed on a 240x64 pixel graphics LCD with LED backlight. Two serial RS232 interfaces ensure easy connections to matrix printers, strip printers, remote indications, EDP media, etc. The weighing terminal DMA03 baby is designed to be connected to DMS load cells. Operator-guided calibration of the scales is carried out via keyboard and display
