When in 1979 I set up my own business, the triumphal advance of mobile weighing technology that occurred later could not have been anticipated.

Yet the beginnings go back to a time in which I worked as the manager of a company in the iron and steel working industry. Here we developed overload safeguards for cranes and tested out the market. After that we were able to also successfully sell electronic solutions for weighing units for stackers in the new business field.

At that time, the main emphasis of the application was occupational safety. The idea of using the new technology for optimising economy and efficiency had not yet been born.

PFREUNDT plans, develops and markets mobile weighing systems including software and data transfer systems offering many uses and with a high degree of reliability for worldwide markets of the extraction, disposal and recycling industry.

The products supplied are of a high quality. Through constant enhancement, they are adapted to meet the requirements of the markets and of legislation, but particularly the needs of customers all over the world.

This means that new developments are always future-orientated, in line with market demands and fulfil customers requirements. Rationalisation possibilities and cost-awareness are therefore at the forefront of the application.

All services such as consultation, assembly and customer service are kept at a high quality standard thanks to constant training and further training of our workforce. The comprehensive field and service network guarantees speedy, reliable and economical customer service.
