Customized plant solutions and services have been at the core of our business since its founding 30 years ago. The creativity of our children and our young employees are the source of our future success. Our goal is not only to reduce the stress on our environment and treat waste water effectively, but to conserve and recycle right from the start.
We offer our clients the experience gained from the construction of over 9,800 water and waste water plants in over 30 countries, providing the most ecological and economical solutions for every one. Our product palette features everything from serial compact plants to individually customized systems.
Employees
80% of our Employees are highly qualified engineers and technicians with years of experience in water technology. In addition we also have about 25 freelance specialists working with us on a permanent basis.
Innovations
We develop our plants with partners in industry and famous research institutions. Take a look at a current water recycling development project with Villeroy & Boch and partners: http://www.komplett-projekt.de

| Biological processes with Biomar® technology Anaerobic technology The distinguishing characteristic of anaerobic technology is the acidification and fermentation of organic carbon bonds to produce methane and carbon dioxide. Anaerobic processes need no oxygen and produce only minimal excess sludge. Biomar® anaerobic plants are particularly suitable for waste water with high or occasionally occurring COD and BOD loads, as well as for campaign operations. High COD loads can be reduced with minimal reactor volume, hence keeping the footprint of the plant small. Biomar® AKB anaerobic contact biology process Biomar® AFB anaerobic packed bed process New Biomar® ASB anaerobic process with sludge bed reactor New Biomar® AHP anaerobic high performance process Biomar® ALB anaerobic process with loop reactor Aerobic technology Applying aerobic technology provides the system waste water and microorganisms with oxygen, which supports the decomposition of the contents of the waste water. These are then oxidatively changed into mineral elements. Biomar® aerobic plants are particularly suitable for treating water to low thresholds (for example COD, BOD, P, N). | Physico-chemical processes with Envochem®-technology Chemo-physical water and sewage treatment ranks among the most efficient basic processes in water purification. Envochem®-Technology from EnviroChemie is backed by more than 30 years experience during which period the company has built more than 1,000 plants. The hardware consists of components of mature design that have been specifically developed by us or have been exhaustively tested. Furthermore, we have set up a quality management system certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for the planning, production and operation of the plants. Actual production is in German and Swiss companies or their partners. Moreover, the plants can be connected to our remote maintenance system to simplify and optimise plant servicing at the client. |
| Split-O-Mat® series compact plants The popular and proven plants of the Split-O-Mat® series cover the wide spectrum of chemical, physical and biological waste water treatment and recycling processes. They are suitable for industrial waste water in almost every branch and have proven themselves over and over in the last 30 years. Worldwide there are over 6,000 Split-O-Mat® plants in operation in various industrial and production facilities. The plants in this series are standardized, so EnviroChemie can quickly and easily deliver economical, effective solutions |
| The Lugan® product group Dissolved air flotation plants for the treatment of industrial waste water Lugan® flotation plants further treat waste water resulting from wash processes, for instance from the wash stations of vehicles. After a pretreatment in a separation plant they remove emulgated oils and fats as well as heavy metals. The plants have proven themselves in a variety of industries, from the food industry to wash stations, and fulfilled the requirements of many different applications, from individual plants for an indirect return to the environment to recycling, as well as pretreatment for biological plants. The post-treatment of waste water ensures that it meets the requirements regarding pH values, hydrocarbons, lipophilic materials and heavy metals. COD and BOD values are significantly reduced. | |
