Dialynas S.A. was founded in 2003 based on the know–how and the experience acquired by its current president Georgios Dialynas the last 30 years.
It is a company specialized in environmental management, technical consulting and engineering services, focusing on sustainable water and wastewater management, all over Greece. Dialynas S.A., is the only distributor of Orenco Systems® Incorporated products in Greece.
We, the people of Dialynas S.A., believe that the pollution of the environment is one of the primary problems that humanity has to face nowadays. Our commitment is to contribute dynamically to the protection and the remediation of the environment, and be a part of the global try for making the world a better place to live.
Dialynas S.A. is established and operating in Heraklion, Crete, Greece and has local distributors all over Greece.
Many satisfied clients ensure the quality and the reliability of the services that Dialynas S.A. provides.
Automatic Distributing Valve Assemblies Automatic Distributing Valve Assemblies are used to pressurize multiple zone distribution systems including textile filters, sand filters and drainfields. Orenco’s Automatic Distributing Valve Assemblies are mechanically operated and sequentially redirect the pump’s flow to multiple zones or cells in a distribution field. Valve actuation is accomplished by a combination of pressure and flow. Automatic Distributing Valve Assemblies allow the use of smaller horsepower pumps on large sand filters and drainfields. For example, a large community drainfield requiring 300 gpm (1,4 m3/min) can use a six-line Valve Assembly to reduce the pump flow rate requirement to only 50 gpm (0.23 m3/min). Automatic Distributing Valves are usually used in conjunction with High-Head Effluent Pumps and Biotube® Pump Vaults to provide pressure and flow requirements, and to prevent debris from fouling valve operation. An inlet ball valve and a section of clear pipe and union for each outlet are provided for a complete assembly that is easy to maintain and monitor. Ideal valve location is at the high point in the system
Biotube® Effluent Filters Orenco's Biotube® Effluent Filters and Screens dramatically improve the quality of effluent discharged from the septic tank by preventing large solids from leaving the tank. Orenco’s Biotube® effluent filters reduce TSS that do not settle by about 67%. Effluent from the relatively clear zone of the septic tank, between the scum and sludge layers, horizontally enters the Biotube® Effluent Filter through inlet holes in the housing. Effluent then enters the annular space between the housing and the Biotubes, utilizing the Biotubes' entire surface for filtering. Particles larger than 3.175 mm (1\8 inch) are detained in the interior space, where further decomposition of organic materials occurs. Optional flow modulating orifices at the outlet of the filter slow the flow through the tank, allowing maximum settling of solids.
Orenco's Dosing Siphons Orenco's Dosing Siphons can be used as an alternative to pumps when dosing downhill. Flow rates can range from just a few gallons per minute to several hundred gallons per minute, depending on siphon size. Dosing siphons use no moving parts. Counters are used to monitor siphon operation.
Recirculating Splitter Valves Orenco's Recirculating Splitter Valves provide a guaranteed flow-split in recirculating wastewater treatment systems. Constructed of a PVC enclosure and ball float, Recirculating Splitter Valves redirect 100% of the incoming flow to the recirculation tank during periods in which the ball is not seated and 80% or less when the ball is seated. They can be field-adjusted for splits ranging from "no split" (as with recirculating ball valves) to a 4:1 split. The desired recirculation ratio will be achieved even during peak flows.
The AdvanTex® Treatment System The AdvanTex® Treatment System is a multiple-pass, packed bed aerobic wastewater treatment system specifically designed and engineered for long-term processing of residential strength wastewater. Compact and affordable, Orenco's AdvanTex® Treatment System provides consistent, reliable onsite treatment of residential and commercial wastewater, even under peak conditions. AdvanTex Treatment System turns wastewater into clear, odorless effluent. The AX Series produces effluent that exceeds Secondary Treatment Standards. The heart of the AdvanTex® - AX Treatment System is the AdvanTex® Filter, a fiberglass basin filled with an engineered textile material. This highly absorbent material treats a tremendous amount of wastewater in a very small space. That’s because textile has a very large surface area for biological breakdown of wastewater components, about five times greater than that of an equivalent volume of sand. A visible biological film normally develops on the filter medium within a few days (attached growth system). BOD5 and TSS reductions occur almost immediately.
| watertight tanks Orenco's injection-molded, watertight tanks have been optimized for use in onsite wastewater collection and treatment systems (residential and commercial) and in communitywide effluent sewer systems. Tanks are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester (FRP) for durability and injection-molded for unmatched part quality and consistency. Two sizes are available: 1000 gallon (3,79 m3) and 1500 gallon (5,68 m3). Baffles can be installed in any of the tank's rib locations, creating a tank with multiple compartments of volumes appropriate to the application. Light enough to haul to the site in a small utility trailer, the tanks are strong enough for 4-foot (1,22 m) burial (empty) even in high water areas. | |
