Contract manufacturing

Our contract manufacturing primarily comprises the mechanical processing of large components and all welding work involving steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We make all of our equipment available to our customers here, from design, work scheduling and manufacturing right through to installation. Our machinery list We also produce individual components based on customer drawings. As a service provider, we are always obliged to meet the expectations of our customers. We incorporate our ideas on quality, working methods and guidelines into our certified quality management. Fixture construction

As a machine construction specialist, we cater for a wide range of requirements in the following areas: automotive and aviation industries, offshore applications, apparatus for fixing, stressing and testing components and assemblies. Our many years of experience of working with complex welding designs and apparatus stand us in good stead here.

Installation and maintenance

As we are well aware of the true cost of a plant or machine being shut down – whether it be due to a repair, a fault or routine maintenance work – we have created a rapid response team from our most skilled employees. This G+R SPECIAL TEAM can be called on at any time and will solve any problem with the special expertise it has in all aspects of mechanical engineering and control systems. Within our company, they guarantee the fastest possible overhaul times and repairs.

Reaction vessel construction

Given our many years of experience in developing and manufacturing pressure reaction vessels and heat exchangers in all sizes for a wide range of different sectors, this area is very important at G+R. During manufacturing we process a wide range of different stainless steel alloys and special alloys. The surface roughness and final polishing is provided in line with the wishes of the customer. Medium roughness values of up to Ra 0.4 µ are standard for us. This finish is crucially important in the pharmaceutical sector in particular. We work with the very latest submerged arc welding equipment. Depending on the requirements, non-destructive testing is carried out using cyclone methods. It goes without saying that complete documentation is provided with all test products. Our certifications are in line with all the customary sets of national rules and regulations such as the “AD-2000 rules and regulations” and also important international licences such as “ASME Code U Stamp" and China licence. We possess the welding certificate for Poland and the certificate for pressure vessel manufacturers, CVTI for Switzerland. This enables us to implement projects reliably within international markets.
