	Airport technology SCHMIDT offers a complete range of equipment for the clearing of all types of snow on airports.
	Road repair patchers The road repair patcher creates a homogeneous mixture of chippings and bituminous emulsion, which is blown at high velocity onto the damaged part of the road. The bitumen container holds 500 litres and is heated with a gas burner. The chippings in a 2.3 mÂł silo can also be heated. The entire four-piece extension arm with the mixing head is front mounted on the quick-change vehicle plate of the UNIMOG. The arm is very flexible and can be swivelled over the work space from the driverâs seat via a hydraulic slewing mechanism. The operator can control the entire repair operation with two joysticks and does not need to leave the vehicle to do so. He thus has an excellent view and is not exposed to bitumen fumes.
	SCHMIDTâs modern ploughing systems SCHMIDTâs multi-blade snow ploughs are subdivided into up to five sections. The best possible adaptation to the road surface is achieved through a special link system.
	SCHMIDTâs single-blade snow ploughs SCHMIDTâs single-blade snow ploughs are suitable for simpler snow-clearing operations, especially in municipal areas. Robustly built, they are easy to maintain.

	Street washers The CITY JET 6000 carries out all the tasks required of a street washer but simultaneously has the advantages of a light and very manoeuvrable compact vehicle. Whether it is cleaning up operations after a market, sluicing off large squares or avoiding obstructions on the road and getting into winding alleys, the CITY JET 6000 is equally suitable. Its short wheel base and tiny turning circle provide it with a manoeuvrability, which is unequalled in a cleansing vehicle of this size. The powerful EuroMOT 3A diesel engine and various spraying bar and water pump options mean that it can be suitably equipped for any of its various operational needs. The roomy cabin gives the operator an incomparably good view of his working area. In addition, powerful leaf springs and large dimension disk and drum brakes guarantee both safety and comfort even at the high top speeds of 50 km/h.
