| Bactron I Anaerobic Chamber 100 Plate Capacity The Bactron I is an ideal first anaerobic chamber. It has a 14 cu.ft. workspace and a 100 plate capacity incubator. Specifically designed for use by smaller laboratories, it can also serve as an economical set-up for larger labs. Bactron systems have airtight construction of stainless steel and rigid Plexiglas, for unobstructed vision and integrity. The patented cuffs form a comfortable seal around the operators arms permitting bare hand manipulation of plates and specimens inside the working chamber, making work more comfortable and efficient. Chamber atmosphere circulates through a condensate controller then through a catalyst, which removes any trace amounts of oxygen. High relative humidity is maintained while condensate moisture is removed without the unnecessary dessicants, which can dehydrate media and samples. Each unit contains an integral vacuum pump to provide rapid evacuation of air from the air lock module for replacement by an inert gas mixture. The following items are included as standard equipment with every SHEL LAB Bactron System: Vacuum Pump Interior Electrical Outlet Sleeve Assembly with Medium Cuff A gas supply must be purchased separately. A stand is available separately. £ 17,789.73 ex. VAT |
| CARBOLITE AAF FURNACES Ideal for ashing materials such as food, plastics, coal and other hydrocarbons. The units are heated by wire heating elements protected from chemical and mechanical damage by a high quality, hard wearing alumina based liner. The graded winding and heating from four sides allow the elements to compensate for heat loss and they are additionally used to preheat the air entering the furnace. High airflow of between 4-5 changes per minute is ensured by use of an air inlet and a tall chimney, however it is not too high to disturb the samples in the crucibles, or chill them, as the incoming air is preheated. from £ 1,494.50 ex. | Level Troll 100 In-Situ reliability at our lowest price.
The new Level TROLLÂŽ 100 is an economical, absolute (non-vented) instrument for monitoring and recording changes in water level, pressure, and temperature. The Level TROLLÂŽ 100 is designed to measure these parameters in down hole wells, boreholes, tanks, rivers, streams, lakes, and reservoirs. This instrument provides the accuracy, reliability, and ease of use needed for long or short term water level monitoring. The Level TROLLÂŽ 100 body and nose cone are constructed of a durable acetal alloy with a diameter of 1.03 inches (26.2 mm) and a length of 5.5 inches (14 cm) with a ceramic pressure sensor perfect for monitoring in all types of environmental waters. The instrument uses an USB or RS232 communication interface to program and retrieve data with enough memory to record 32,000 readings including date, time, level and temperature. The Level TROLLÂŽ 100 is a sealed instrument using a 3.6V lithium battery with a guaranteed life of 5 years or 2,000,000 readings and has the ability to run Linear, Fast Linear or Event testing.
Additionally, the Level TROLLÂŽ 100 is operated by Win-SituÂŽ software and a USB or RS232 Docking Station for programming and downloading your sites water level data. An optional external barometer (BaroTROLLÂŽ 100) is available for use with the Level TROLLÂŽ 100 which gives the user an easy way to integrate barometric pressure compensation using In-Situ's Baro MergeT software. The instrument can be deployed using In-Situ's Polyurethane coated suspension wire in your choice of lengths 50 ft (15m), 150 ft (45m), or 300 ft (90m).
The Level TROLLÂŽ 100 system is of primary interest to those who deploy absolute (non-vented) instrumentation for monitoring and recording of short or long term water level, pressure, or temperature changes in either monitoring wells or open surface water. The instrument is deployed with suspension wire with depth ranges of 0 - 30 ft., 0 - 100 ft., or 0 - 250 ft. The Level TROLLÂŽ 100 pressure sensor is constructed of ceramic with a typical accuracy of +/- 0.1% Full Scale and a maximum accuracy of +/- 0.3%. Each Level TROLLÂŽ 100 is shipped with a factory calibration report at no charge.
To complete the system a suspension wire and a docking station are required
