Inuktun Services Ltd. began in March, 1989 as a partnership between friends Al Robinson and Terry Knight, and was incorporated as a private company in September of that same year. Both founders are still with the company. The firm's unusual name is derived from the Inuit language. Broadly translated, Inuktun Services means "service to mankind." Today Inuktun employs a multi-disciplinary team of talented professionals. In addition to designing and producing equipment, the company offers clients a complete range of services, from conceptual design through to project completion. Modular Inuktun’s systems are built on the principles of modular design. Customers can select from a range of standard Inuktun cameras, crawlers and controllers to create their own, off-the-shelf yet customized solutions. Mobile Inuktun’s remotely operated vehicles are operated on a rugged, steerable track system and guided by an intuitive control system for ease of operation. Robotic Systems Inuktun robotic systems bridge the gap between you and the physical world, helping you to see the unseen and safely go beyond your physical limitations. System Components In addition to providing complete, turnkey systems, Inuktun offers components to customers for use in their own applications. Hazardous Areas Inuktun products are robust and durable and are designed for use in hazardous areas allowing for clear images and movement of goods in areas where you cannot physically go. Confined Spaces Inuktun's range of products are a fit with where you need to go and can enter spaces and provide clear images in areas as small as 44 mm / 1.75 in in diameter. Underwater Applications All of Inuktun products are waterproof to a variety of depths. Some are capable of reaching depths of 300 m / 1000 ft. Throughout the World Inuktun has a direct sales force and team of agents focused on providing solutions to customers throughout the world.
| Crystal CamÂŽ The low-cost Crystal CamÂŽ camera, designed and developed by Inuktun, is a unique, high-performance micro video camera that is compact, lightweight and readily affordable. With built-in LED lighting and a high resolution, low lux camera, the Crystal CamÂŽ is highly effective in low light environments. The camera head is completely encased in transparent epoxy making it virtually indestructible operating in the most confined spaces, hazardous areas and to depths of 300 m / 1000 ft.

| Minitracs⢠By design, Minitrac⢠units are small and rugged, providing the user with access to confined spaces and harsh environments. Minitrac⢠units can be operated individually or as multiple units. Each unit is individually powered and can be easily fitted to a variety of equipment platforms to suit a wide range of applications.
Systems are available complete with power supply, controller and tether cable. Because each Minitrac⢠unit is individually powered and controlled, the transporter is easily steerable when units are operated in pairs. A patented clutch mechanism allows for easy emergency and high speed retrieval of the Minitrac⢠crawlers via the tether cable.
Precision machined and incorporating high quality components, each Minitrac⢠unit is fitted with a sealed, oil-filled, geared drive-train and is capable of submerged operation to a depth of 30 m / 100 ft.

| Versatrax 100â The Versatrax 100⢠is a miniature crawler system capable of internal inspection within extremely small pipe sizes from a minimum internal diameter of 4 in / 10 cm. Despite its compact size, this system has the power to penetrate up to 330 ft / 100 m of pipe and overcome obstacles and offset joints.
All Inuktun Versatrax units are easily configurable for round pipe or flat surface operation. The vehicles are adjustable for a range of pipe diameters.
