Water treatment

RHOBACID / RHOBAFOAM / RHOBAFLOCK F & FP / RHOBAFLOCK PEK etc. Sewage water emerge in various areas of industrial production, e.g. varnishing, degreasing, washing waters used in combination with water based paint, adhesive application, glue application, print industry etc. In many cases, a treatment of the waste water is necessary, e.g. before the feeding into the public sewerage which implies a potential recycling. By using highly concentrated RHOBAFLOCK products, these waste waters are being cleaned by scission and/or flocculation and can be partially or completely reused considering certain preconditions. In our rhoba laboratory we determine the most appropriate RHOBAFLOCK product and an economic procedural method for you. Furthermore we offer a full service in combination with our sewage treatment plant RHOBAMAT LAC 300 (cf. sewage treatment plants). This means you receive a customized sewage treatment plant and the necessary scission/flocculation products from one source. At the same time you will be issued a functional guarantee. Our procedure: You will send us, if possible, a representative sample (ca. 2 litres) of your sewage water. According to your preferred procedure, a suitable and economical RHOBAFLOCK product will be tested in our laboratory. Subsequently we recommend the suitable RHOBAFLOCK product and start it together with you until the production is safe. Our technicians will support you periodically. With our highly concentrated water treatment products from the RHOBACID range for successful and safe reduction of algae, bacteria, yeast and fungi in process waters, you achieve long service life and a safe production. Low dosage is guaranteed by the high concentration of the products. Employees and your plants are permanently protected. With the highly concentrated products of the RHOABFOAM range, a highly efficient defoaming of process water is achieved. Lowest dosage is guaranteed by the high concentration of the products.
