 Our Philosophy
Our Philosophy
Our core competence is the development and manufacturing of pellet central heating systems including feeder systems.
To keep the environmental pollution as low as possible has been our main development aim and has been achieved through the use of cutting-edge technologies.
Even during production we aim to use as little energy and materials as possible without affecting the quality.
The secondary energy needs are minimised through the use of extremely efficient engines and parts, as well as through the use of modern controls.
The huge capacity range of our installation enables a constant energy dissipation, through which an excellent annual efficiency rating is achieved.
Together with you, the expert installation engineer, we can thus offer to the customer an ideal solution in the area of biomass heating.
With Biotech pellet heating appliances, you can now heat environmentally friendly, cheap and convenient. Convince yourself of the many advantages of Biotech pellet heating appliances, as there is hardly any comparable heating system which is tailored as close to your needs as ours. The newly developed pellet heating appliances “Top Light” and its bigger sister "Top Light "M" can be placed right to the wall which means economy of space. Top Light is our first wall standing heating systems, thus ideal for small heating rooms. The models of the Top Light range are availalbe with 10 and 15 kW.
There is now a bigger version of the Top Light boiler by the Salzburg company Biotech: the Top Light M. The maximum power is 15kW, which is 5kW more than the smaller version. All connections are located on the side of the system, so that this model can also be placed against a wall. To ensure optimum fuel efficiency, all Biotech heating systems are equipped with a Lambda probe and air flow sensors in combination with automatic fuel recognition and controls. Biotech systems cover a power range between 2 and 40kW. But this is still not enough: the manufacturer has announced systems with even more power to be presented in 2007

| Pellet production The untreated raw materials (pure planing and sawdust from soft woods without bark) is condensed under high pressure and pelleted, i.e. pressed into small, cylindrical rolls. Pellets gain their firmness solely from the pressing process without addition of any chemical or synthetic adhesive agent. In Austria, ongoing quality controls guarantee a clean fuel with little residual moisture and a high burning efficiency | |
