Not prepared to accept compromises when it comes to the renewal of sewer pipes? No longer want to deal with renovated sewer pipes – at least for the next 50 years?
A technically mature, economic, environmentally sound and flexible installation process; quality-checked materials and production processes; individual consultancy and support; professionally trained installers: these are the essential factors you can expect when using SAERTEX multiCom® fibreglass lining.
Thousands of SAERTEX-LINER®installations have already been completed worldwide– each liner representing a piece of know-how that can directly benefit you.

| Innovation at SAERTEX multiCom: the SAERTEXÂŽ UV line We have been working closely with the well-known manufacturer of UV systems for sewer renovation in the field of UV curing for many years. In cooperation with this manufacturer we can now offer our own UV system whose technology has been specially adapted to the SAERTEX-LINERÂŽ.
We can offer a number of different UV systems:
Fixed installation in 10 ton truck or trailer

| Insertion tool for SAERTEX-LINERÂŽ We offer an insertion tool for the easier insertion of SAERTEX-LINERSÂŽ of larger dimensions, especially above DN 600.
The table consists of rollers over which the liner glides drawn by the winch. Adjustable rollers mounted on the sides can be set to the corresponding DN so that the liner is automatically pleated as it glides over the insertion tool. In addition, a correct adjustment of the bow prevents the liner from slipping.
A special deflection roller guides the liner into the old pipe in the manhole. No-one has to be in the manhole during insertion. This means that even larger liners can be easily fitted with only 2 - 3 employees.
The insertion tool can either be rented for as many days as you need it or purchased directly. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Carpy, Tel.: +49 160 905422568 or email: r.carpy@saertex.com |
| SAERTEXÂŽ hatprofile of glass fibre We produce glass fibre hat profiles of high quality and permanently corrosion-resistant Advantex glass. A mat covers the entire inside of the hat that guarantees a smooth surface with good flow properties after curing. The hat profile hem ensures clean and almost edgeless transitions.
The manufacture of the glass fibre hats in our own works permits great flexibility in production. The hat profiles are made with a standard 90° or 45° angle or individually to customer specifications. The length of the hat can also be adapted to customer requirements.
The glass fibre hats can be installed with all common packer systems (e.g. I.S.T. or ProKasro). The dry hats are supplied sealed in a film. Any commercially available resin can be used to impregnate the hats (e.g. epoxy resin, silicate, water glass).
The hat is impregnated in the film. A quantity of resin the same weight as the hat is filled into the film and brought into the glass fibre in a vacuum using press rollers. The hat is fully impregnated when the glass fibre structure is clearly visible and the mat displays no incorrectly impregnated points.
We will be pleased to send you one or two samples for your own tests together with detailed instructions for impregnation.

| The SAERTEXÂŽ short liner Short liners have established themselves as an economic and technically mature alternative to traditional damage repair in an open design over the past years for spot repairs in inaccessible drains.
The "Spot Repair System" from the firm of I.S.T. GmbH Bochum, suitable for the nominal width ranges DN 100 to DN 500, caters for the individual wishes of specialist processing companies and their employees thanks to its versatility and practical approach.
The glass fibre mats from SAERTEX are manufactured solely from corrosion-resistant Advantex glass with two different masses per unit area and in two reel widths for each of these. Each of these consist of a glass fibre mat and a matted glass laminate that are sewn together to a roving.
During lamination the glass fibre complex is folded so that the matted glass laminate is on both the outside of the wall of the old pipe (incl. overlapping edge) and the inside, in other words the later visible medium side. Furthermore, it is important to ensure a minimum wall thickness of the installed short liner of 3 mm; 2 to 4-layer short liners are normally used here depending on the glass fibre complex used.
