Automation

Without co-ordinated process control the physical-chemical process is of little value. We therefore have experienced electronic engineers and programmers who in close co-operation with our methods engineers implement suitable controls. We are able to supply the process, control cabinet and programme from in-house. We would be happy to take on the modification of existing plant with our process control. Besides the clientsâ specific requirements, the current Association of German Engineers regulations (VDE-Regelwerk) are incorporated into our electrical specifications. The control of our plant and parts is carried out by separate process control engineering, but on request can be integrated into the customers system. Operation of the plant is fully automatic. If requested status and interference notices can be sent via SMS or E-mail. Process visualisation and long-distance maintenance is also possible. The following pages give an overview of the current automation techniques.

Brownfield remidiation

Residual pollution rehabilitation We supply plant for ground water and soil/air decontamination. Our plant rehabilitates contaminated ground water on site, thus directly in the aquifer or with â pump and treatâ processing plant. Depending on the task, suitable combinations of different process engineering may be necessary. Each plant produced is newly designed and developed by our engineers according to contamination data and permissible threshold values. As a result a technically viable and economically thought through total concept is generated for our customers. Operating the plant is fully automatic. On request status and interference notices can be sent by SMS or E-mail. Naturally also process visualisation, data storage and long-distance maintenance are possible, a feature which is normally only available with industrial plant. Operational safety is increased through installation of telemetry at a minimal additional cost. Through pre-information the customer saves in the course of operation, since the extent of maintenance on site is kept to an absolute minimum. Where there is a requirement for plant over a limited period we can offer our clients ready to use standard equipment which can be rented at short notice. For the operating materials water and activated carbon we provide exchangeable mobile filter cartridges. By this means the disposal of the exhausted carbon is insured. Handling involving concentrated coal dust on site with high personnel costs is avoided. As a special feature we offer an operating scheme in which our personal take care of the running of the complete plant with contractually guaranteed availability at a fixed cost. Exhaust air purification

Exhaust air purification Our plant reduces pollutants and odours caused by exhaust air. To provide an optimum purification a combination of several process techniques can be used. Special pollutants often require customised solutions which go beyond the illustrated delivery programme. These will be individually designed by our chemists and engineers for a particular task. Extensive equipment for pilot trials for finding a solution is at our disposal. Besides the particular requirements of our clients, the basis for the design includes the limits imposed by the German regulations pertaining to keeping air clean (Technische Anleitung zur Reinhaltung der Luft â TA Luft) and the EU regulation ATEX (French for "Atmosphère explosible" EU 94/9/EU and 1999/92/EU). Our electrical engineers and programmers develop the necessary process control in close collaboration with our methods engineers. This way we achieve a harmonised and homogeneous concept. Added to this are the measuring techniques especially attuned to each process. Activated carbon filters for standard plant are always available from stock and can also be hired. We organise a container exchange service for our customers.

Water Treatment

Water treatment Our plant purifies waste water to obtain drinking water or process water. To achieve optimal results for our clients we combine various process engineering techniques. Frequently purification tasks are very specific and cannot be easily accomplished with standard techniques. In such cases our experienced chemists and engineers take on the required development. Besides the particular requirements of our clients, the current regulations for waste water and drinking water (AbwV, TKVO), the water supply legislation (§19 WHG) and the regulations regarding the use of harmful substances in sewage (VAWS) are taken into consideration.
