	Centrifugal Sifter An unmatched combination of features makes the Sweco Centrifugal Sifter the finest of its kind. The unique Sweco Pre-Screen (optional) allows more material to be screened with fewer fines in the oversize, which will increase productivity and efficiency, and ultimately optimize the profits of any processing system. Seven different models are available ranging from 0.3 ft² up to 17 ft² in screen area.
	Grinding Mills SwecoÂŽ Vibro-EnergyÂŽ Grinding Mills are the most versatile line of mills available today for fast, low-cost particle size reduction to sub-micron range. Vibro-Energy grinding action achieves higher output per input horsepower; precise control of size and distribution. Product contamination from media and lining wear is virtually eliminated. Maintenance costs are low because of few moving parts and replaceable linings made of abrasion-resistant metal, ceramic or elastomers. The Sweco Vibro-Energy Mill's unique vibratory motion, coupled with the use of cylindrical media, allows a dense packing of the media bed assuring maximum media surface contact and minimum void area when operated under a low energy condition. Feed materials as large as 300 microns can be reduced to sub-micron sizes.
	Integrated Screen Press The Sweco Integrated Screen Press (ISP) works in conjuction with a Vibratory Round Separator to increase feed rates while producing dryer solids. In typical dewatering applications, feed rates are kept to a minimum due to the possibility of screen blinding causing wet solids discharge from the separator. When blinding occurs, the Sweco ISP will minimize the possibility of liquids accumulating in your collection hopper. Patent Pending.
	Round Separators Screen changes have never been easier or faster than with the operator-friendly QuickChangeâ NV Separator from Sweco. QuickChange NV reduces screen changing to a one-man operation, greatly reducing the necessary labor and eliminating the need to involve maintenance crews. This non-vibrating design utilizes a set of closed loop hydraulic lifters, which are mounted off the base of the unit or to the plant floor. QuickChange. 	Sta-Sieve Stationary Screener Provides quick and efficient separation of solids from liquid. Ideally suited for processors that use large quantities of water. Advantages of this low-cost unit include high-flow rate, long screen life and no moving parts. Can be operated independently or as a system component in conjunction with Sweco Separators or Centrifugal Screen Concentrators.
	White Water Filter Provides high flow rate, fine mesh centrifugal screening to remove all particles larger than screen mesh opening with no dependence on differences in specific gravity. Ideal for effluent and water recycle streams for large plants. Units available that remove suspended solids down to 500 mesh (25 microns).
