High Level Split Automatic The TCA-DE is a front line fully automatic split wheel bin lift with the following key features; Efficiency, fast automatic cycle time of 8 sec. plus dwell time, which can be adjusted between 0,5-3 seconds. Trade containers, at the turn of a switch the TCA-DE can be changed over into manual ‘trade’ mode to lift the full range of four wheeled containers including Paladin bins fitted with conversion bars, cycle time manual trade 13 sec. Low weight, the TCA-DE weighs only 695 kg. Safety, the unique Terberg geometry means that containers do not kick back towards operators as they are lifted, enabling that the safety arms whilst conforming to EN1501.1 to be user friendly and unobtrusive. Practical operation, exceptional ground clearance coupled with automatic reverse raise means that the TCA-DE is an invulnerable to damage as it is possible to be. Automatic Shaker, an adjustable automatic bin shaker allows ‘sticky’ materials suchs as grass cuttings to be handled with ease. Packing Cycle Delay Control, to take full advantage of the high mounting height and subsequent increase hopper volume, the TCA-DE can be pre set to cycle after a set number of bin lift cycles. Diagnostics, a text display is mounted in a durable box on the side of each bin lift to provide simple fault diagnosis in order to minimise down time.

The OmniDEL features all the proven features of the current range and a considerable number of innovative new features; Interface,The OmniDEL fits to a standard DIN frame. The hydraulic and electrical interface is exactly the same as for a TCA-DE, TCA-DEL and the TCA-OEL. Low weight,The OmniDEL weighs only 585kg. Reduced overhang and Centre of Gravity projection,When considered in conjunction with the weight of only 585kg, the reduced overhang and COG projection, the OmniDEL clearly minimises the problems associated with rear axle overloading. Reduced overhang and increased ground clearance,The OmniDEL’s incredibly strong construction combined with its minimal overhang and increased ground clearance make it the ideal machine for avoiding collision damage. Two stage soft lift for ease of operation,The OmniDEL’s proven progressive soft lift and unique geometry make this bin lift incredibly easy to operate. Sonar sensors, start the initial soft lift as the container approaches, and after the container is clamped the bin lift accelerates to its optimum cycle speed to discharge and then return the container within 8 seconds. Unique geometry, provides maximum efficiency,The OmniDEL’s unique geometry not only makes it incredibly natural for the operator to use, but it also gives a container tip angle of 50° and gives a hopper chute angle of 70°, which means that even the most ‘difficult’ materials can be dealt with easily and efficiently. Designed for ease of maintenance,Sonar sensors reduce the need for the moving parts of a conventional pedal arm with springs.The straightforward design keeps the number of moving parts to a minimum.The lubrication free pins and bushes, remove the need for weekly lubrication.
