Storing and disposing of non-compacted dust and chips is not only expensive but also potentially dangerous. Höcker Polytechnik's hydraulic briquetting presses simplify the disposal of production by-products, making disposal economic and safe. Compacting production by-products to a fraction of their original volume reduces storage and disposal costs. Extracting, Separating, Collecting

Product quality and efficient production depends on the automatic, reliable, quick and effective removal of production waste from the production process. Höcker Polytechnik's high performance pneumatic waste extraction systems, air conveying systems and dust collectors ensure clean air in the workplace and adherence to emission limits which is a contribution to the protection of the environment. Höcker Polytechnik's separators are technologically leading systems for separating coarse from fine material in an air flow and then removing the coarse material from the air flow. Höcker Polytechnik's dust collectors have a maximum filter efficiency of 99.9998%; this enables re-circulation of cleaned air back into the workplace. Re-circulating cleaned air reduces heating and cooling costs. Different series and sizes of waste extraction systems enable the selection of the right solution for (almost) any application. The structural stability of Höcker Polytechnik's dust collectors makes them suitable for filtering potentially explosive air-dust mixtures
