| Rotary Drum Filter The Arboga-Darenth Rotary Drum filter is an integrated yet modular system that cleans coolant - with a permanent rotary screen protects slideways and extends machine life provides higher performance and quality meets ever stringent occupational and health requirements |
| Shredder KSM The Arboga-Darenth Shredder KSM cuts long swarf down to short chips that can be easily conveyed or processed by a centrifuge or briquetter. It is ideal for installations at the individual machine and especially in combination with a pneumatic conveying or pump system. The Shredder is suitable for Aluminum-, steel-, vanadium- and cast irons chips, as well as turnings from machining processes by individual machines, process centers and transfer lines. The shredder can be installed directly to the production machine and remove the waste by means of pneumatic or pump systems. The shredder can be mounted next to or above various conveying systems or can be incorporated in processing machines or container systems. Features Available in direct or chain drives with compact gear motors. Available in sizes from 40 to 600 kg/h depending on material and requested size reduction |
| Swarf Briquetter The Arboga-Darenth Swarf Briquetter processes short, loose chips from machining of non-ferrous or ferrous metals and cast iron into cylindrical briquettes. The briquetter with closed dies are designed for ferrous metals and cast iron. It produces cylindrical briquettes, diameter 70 or 80 mm and length up to 110 mm, weight approx. 2.5 kg each. With an inlet hopper, conveyor, sorting machine and material level sensor the press operation can be automated. Operation Short chips are screw fed or pressed in to a chamber where the compressing takes place in a cylindrical die. There are two cylinders in the press the first are filling the chamber, and the second is compressing the chips into dense briquettes. The pressing method ensures high, uniform material and uniform material compaction. The press is equipped with 200 dm3 hopper, with a vibrator and oil cooler. |
| Swarf Crusher Type KB The Arboga-Darenth crusher type KB accepts, crushes and breaks up bushy swarf and at a low rotating speed the bushy swarf is cut down to small pieces at a continuous rate. The crusher can accept large quantities and then reduce the swarf to an even flow of chips. This makes the crusher ideal for installation in a swarf handling system | |
